It simply doesn’t work, I cannot even sign in.
Hard to navigate

With the new update it is harder to navigate, hope you don’t need anything in a hurry/emergency! The touchID does not work, which adds even more time and makes it much more frustrating!
Error when trying to login to the app

It keeps crashing when I try to login.
An error pops up. I’m able to login fine on the website. But not on the mobile app.

Amateurish App

This is a very poorly written app. For instance when entering your address they want your zip code and your city and state. Then they want your county. You must select your county from a list of about 1000 counties. I think it might be every county in the United States. My wife missed two E-appointments because we couldn’t get through the BS in time. If you use IntermountainHealth start the E-checking 1 to 2 hours in advance. Heaven help you if you have an emergency.
