Stupidest process ever

Postbank intentionally makes it hard to do your banking by requiring two devices and typing in passwords every time you move instead of the obvious, practical method of requiring verification at the start of a session & then letting you move through what needs to be done efficiently and quickly.

Ich kann mich nicht Mehr einloggen dauernd nur fehlermeldung und man kann nicht mal was melden da man sich Ja dafuer mit seinem account anmelden Muss WAS JA NICHT GEHT OHNE DIE SCHEISS APP

Stürzt weiterhin sofort ab!

Selbst nach dem neuesten Update stürzt die App unter iOS 13.5.x sofort nach dem Start ab.

Somit besteht weiterhin keinerlei Zugang zum eigenen Bankkonto.

Bitte umgehend beheben!!

Very bad application

The application isn’t working, don’t try. I have an Postbank account with ID name and password which works via internet, however, BestSign doesn’t accept sign in details and blocks access to account

Very frustratingly difficult. Apps are not this complicated in this modern times. The workers are unprofessional, helpless, arrogant and outdated. The whole system and package have to be overhauled. Customers like me pay for the mismanagement.
