EASI Asian Food Delivery Reviews

EASIAsianFoodDelivery seems to have merged with HungryPanda not long ago. Nevertheless, they do not issue a refund if your food is not delivered. The customer service is more keen to protect their drivers than customers. Recently they’ve added a rule that you have to pick up the order face-to-face a couple of minutes upon the driver’s arrival, otherwise the driver could just leave with your food and you’ll have to pay $10 more for “another delivery service”. Again, in such cases the customer service would do anything to gaslight you that you’re obligated to pay extra to the drivers. I highly recommend that people consider a different delivery service.

Zero customer service. Always late. Always cold.

从早上11点下单，到晚上5点都没有收到订餐。客服几次推脱不让取消订单。这就是第一次使用EASI的体验。如果有零星选项，绝对不会给一颗星。

说有优惠券，结果审核很久，几天没看，告诉我优惠券过期了，系统，服务特别差

从来没有一次准时的，超市三个小时起步。饿着肚子点餐等两个多小时司机越开越远，客服好意思打电话给我说退还配送费让我自取的。怎么说得出口的啊？

垃圾app，服务太差

底下好评全是APP开发商刷出来的吧！！！千万别下载这个软件 他们根本人手不够 她妈的点个菜过了一个小时都没人接单配送。接上了之后30分钟才送过来（距离只有500米而已）。人生第一次 用了一次就删除了的东西 真是垃圾

Honestly I’ve had a few good experiences but they were over shadowed but the numerous times that I had to wait 1-2 hours for a small drink or meal. I can never reach customer service as an English speaker (even though I can speak Chinese, just not as well). You also can’t cancel the order of the merchant has already made your food. However the merchant usually makes the food before a driver is assigned to it. This prevents you from canceling the order due to driver delays which is where most of the waiting time comes it.

They tend to over charge you with multiple fees and tips are mandatory. It’s the worst app, shame on them!!!!!

I have couple of orders from EASIAsianFoodDelivery. The time approximation on map is absolutely trash. It tells you 15 mins away but arrive in 3mins or the opposite(which is funny).

It’s the worst app I used ever! Delete right away after get the lunch at 14:40, two and half hour after order!

Don’t use the EASI. They literally asked you to pay for the promotion. The money you paid for the promotion, was not apply to any order. Don’t get hooked!

Granted it was a rainy day. But it shouldn’t take 2 hours to get food from a restaurant 10 min away. There was no proactive communications on late orders. I had to check with support multiple times to get the status.

1 star for good selection of Asian restaurants. But they don’t have good delivery logistics to support.

Always trying to overcharge you and never willing to give you the refund!!!Try to review your bill every time!!!Always get the order wrong or delivery super late!!!!!!Postmate and Fantuan is way much better! Rude customer service
用过几回 体验极烂！一定要好好看看信用卡账单 送错送晚了好几回 磨磨唧唧不愿意退钱 还告诉我就几块钱……有一回夜里外卖餐厅十二点就关门了 他们十二点三十还在路上 还狡辩告诉我没想到餐厅这么快做好……呵呵 人家十二点关门好吗 告诉我再等二十分钟就到了 让腿让退消费都不愿意Zz无语 而且每回餐品弄错了说好了返款之后 从来没有给我返过 一定要自己查账单 抓到他们好几回 打回去客服态度还巨差 让我自己经常查账单 自己检查他们退没退 就几块钱至于嘛 呵呵 postmate 饭团外卖送错了都马上退钱 用户体验比这个垃圾强多了 现在已经删除了 垃圾软件

My food had been ready for over an hour before their driver picked it up. By then it was cold so I called to cancel, but the driver did not speak English. So they dropped it off and I couldn’t get a refund. Took me 3 hours to hear from customer service who offered a $10 gift card. Worst experience.

下单后等了半小时跟我说要取消定点？？？还号称60分钟送达，差评！再也不会用它家了
