Absolute garbage app, decided to download while in the restaurant for the promo code, the food said it would be 20 mins long. Time passed and they started serving people that actually ordered in the restaurant after us. Ended up waiting an hour for my food, if I could give 0 stars I would.

App always force close after 3 minutes of use, making it impossible to place an order.

I love eating at Bento, but it really feels like Bento doesn’t love me back at all. The points for rewards system is incredibly stingy.

In the store one can request spice level. It would be nice to have that in BENTOAsianKitchen .

There is no way to request help through BENTOAsianKitchen if your food is never delivered or delivered incorrectly

DONT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE REWARD I love and frequent Bento, but i’m tired of the offers not working after doing what is required. this is the 2nd time ive experienced a “reward” coincidentally not working after making you sign up for something. my friend and i both got emails + text to download BENTOAsianKitchen for a free Chicken Rice Bowl, and downloaded and signed up, and neither of us got anything. So its not just working for me, its probably for everyone. Good food but kind of scammy to offer rewards and not honor them

I previously used their website to order without issue but then I was offered a free chicken bowl to sign up for BENTOAsianKitchen . After installing and going though another registration since my website password and user name would not work i received a coupon code to redeem online or in person. After twenty minutes of trying to redeem it with any chicken rice bowl option without success I just uninstalled it and used the website. I don’t need a buggy app when the website works just fine.

I start lunch at :00, and can get there in 7-10 minutes. Would be great if it was ready at :10 instead of :15.

Also STOP HOUNDING ME TO ADD FOOD! I tapped to view my cart and y'all pushed me to buy more with a popup I had to close...

Since I’ve been going to Bento the past year, my order is always incorrect and the prices are so crazy now!

I always have to make sure my sauce is in the bag before I leave the store (it never is) and I’m always missing an ingredient when I get home.

So disappointed because I used to live Bento!

The last update removed functionality that we always used. Prior to the update there was a way to add a note regarding each selection - I always added a note stating “No sesame seeds!” because of a dietary restriction. That notes field has been removed now. Please bring it back!

Just wanted to say this is my absolute favorite place and I love Bento. I’m always recommending it to practically everyone I know. It’s my go to spot and their poke bowls have endless customizations plus the freshest quality. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

I ordered off the Bento app for the first time, and I can tell you I wasn’t disappointed. It said it would be done by 7:15pm but was done at 6:50, which is really fast considering I ordered 15-20 minutes before. Then the food came out perfect! Unlike other online orders places seem to mess up somehow, Bento just can’t mess up I’m loving it!🙏😁🍣
