Extremely poor customer service

The app seems to have merged with HungryPanda not long ago. Nevertheless, they do not issue a refund if your food is not delivered. The customer service is more keen to protect their drivers than customers. Recently they’ve added a rule that you have to pick up the order face-to-face a couple of minutes upon the driver’s arrival, otherwise the driver could just leave with your food and you’ll have to pay $10 more for “another delivery service”. Again, in such cases the customer service would do anything to gaslight you that you’re obligated to pay extra to the drivers. I highly recommend that people consider a different delivery service.

Honestly I’ve had a few good experiences but they were over shadowed but the numerous times that I had to wait 1-2 hours for a small drink or meal. I can never reach customer service as an English speaker (even though I can speak Chinese, just not as well). You also can’t cancel the order of the merchant has already made your food. However the merchant usually makes the food before a driver is assigned to it. This prevents you from canceling the order due to driver delays which is where most of the waiting time comes it.

Awful. Not enough drivers.

My food had been ready for over an hour before their driver picked it up. By then it was cold so I called to cancel, but the driver did not speak English. So they dropped it off and I couldn’t get a refund. Took me 3 hours to hear from customer service who offered a $10 gift card. Worst experience.
