Make sure you keep an eye open if you have your location settings on it’ll just choose a store for you even though you’ve never ordered there before also there’s no phone numbers in SaladandGo no way to cancel an order whatsoever.

SaladandGo has the absolute worst location settings I have ever seen in an application. I literally was a cross the street from a salad and go placed my order and it placed the order at a salad and go 3 miles away. In what world does this make any sense?

Absolutely the most frustrating app ever almost makes me not want to bother placing ordersOn top of all of this if you notice it right away in SaladandGo there’s literally no way to even call them or move the order or anything like that you are out of luck you can’t even contact anybody to fix it it’s so pathetic your app coders are amateurs

Love SaladandGo , love Salad and Go, but when I pick up my order, the employees keep telling me there is a “no ice” edit on drinks and that putting “no ice” in the recipient name field will not be honored. I have the latest version of SaladandGo , and the only options for ice on any of the drinks appears to be “Extra Ice” and no option for “No Ice.” Please add an option for no ice so that I can specify in SaladandGo the correct option for my order and so that I don’t have to explain to the employees every time that the option isn’t present in SaladandGo . Thanks!

Downloaded and used SaladandGo today for the first time to order pickup. SaladandGo was a pleasant breeze to custom build the wraps we wanted. Wow! Great value for the money, and the ingredients we added to the order (corn, pico de gallo, lettuce, etc) were wonderfully fresh! At checkout, SaladandGo displayed the time my order would be ready for pickup at their pickup window. Based on this first experience, we’re definitely inclined to try some of the other menu items! I’m sure hoping Apple Pay is in the cards for SaladandGo soon. That always helps certain apps make my Go-To choices. (Who wants their credit card info on yet another server?)

When you’re in a vehicle that won’t fit through a drive thru, at a restaurant that won’t allow walk ups, you need to order from an app. It would be nice if SaladandGo didn’t lose the order you set up as soon as you went to settings to allow it to use the camera. Furthermore, it should not REQUIRE the use of camera to scan your credit or debit card, you should be able to enter it manually. For a place that is only drive thru, they require your phone to scan the card, which is not possible with their slow scanning while you’re driving over bumps. Initially it asked me to use apple wallet and I said yes, but then it took me to the next page and would only let me add a card into SaladandGo . What gives?

SaladandGo overall is well designed and easy to navigate. However, the continue function during the checkout is too small and at the lower left of the interface. As a result, it is difficult to select and if not selected in a timely manner will alter your pickup time, force you back to select a new time, back to the continue etc. make this feature a button - same theme and size as all the others and place it in the middle of the area - no one would have more than 1-3 payment options stored.

I ordered 2 chicken salads and 2 kid salads and drinks got confirmation showing I paid and order will be ready by 2:40pm great got to the drive threw and they could not find my order and then when they did find my order showed I didn’t pay I had to show my chase account to prove I paid such a fuss thought I would of saved time ordering online but that was not the case. Probably not going to use online app any more. I truly love salad and go love the $1 drinks my kids love the frozen strawberry lemonade salads are fantastic! But just wanted to make you aware of the issues with ordering online.

Very impressed with the workers at this location very friendly and always willing to help in case there are questions as to how to proceed in ordering through SaladandGo . Very quick and efficient during the pick up of my orders. Parking sometimes at peak times is a problem but other than that , great service.

I’ve been going to the location by 83rd and happy valley since they’ve opened. 5 salads ago, i found a hair- I tried telling myself that it was probably my own. Then I got another one and it was fine, at my 3rd salad, there was a long hair ( not mine, no matter how much I tried to believe it could be). I ended up throwing it away. Gave it some time before giving them Another go, sure enough, salad 4 & 5 have had hairs in my and my husbands salads. This is just pure disgusting. Like is this on purpose because that’s wayyyyy too common for it to happen. I’ll be looking thru my salads before taking a bit and leaving the location- if I even get the stomach to try them again!

The ordering design on SaladandGo is fast and intuitive, and the people at my normal pickup are amazing. Order has been on time, correct, every time. But despite that I’ve ordered from one location, the same location for months, I place an order this morning and it suddenly goes to a different store not on my way to work. I hadn’t updated and didn’t re-sign in. Just, why?

We love the great variety of salads that are always made with the freshest of products. I like the convenience of being able to order and then pick up within the amount of time it takes for me to drive there. There is no skimping on size, either. Thank you for putting out such a tasty product.

So easy to use. To order and to pickup. SaladandGo is great the workers need help.

I just wish there was a way to rate and review the different stores so when one location messes up my order (cold breakfast burrito, missing salad) I can note it for myself and not go back to that location again for future orders.
I always end up realizing what’s missing/wrong when I get home. Then I have to drive all the way back to that location again only to be told sorry. Here is your missing salad or hot breakfast burrito.

No other consolation for having to drive all the way back to the restaurant from my comfy home.

I just have to remember that location and never go to it again.

The once perfect and flawless app has been loaded with numerous glitches. It no longer allows you to pay using your stored credit card. The option is greyed out. What’s the point of allowing a user to save a credit card if there’s no way to use it??
The find location map is almost as useless. If you try to center the map to your current location, it’ll center to an arbitrary favorite location. This is useless if I am far away from home.
SaladandGo needs to be rolled back to its former state immediately!

Never have I ever.. been disappointed with thus place.. plus it’s soooo fast to get your food.. even during lunch rush.. they are the QUICKEST fast food drive thru... oh and did you know you can customize your salad on their app..
You must try... the servings are huge... I can get two meals out of one salad, and did I mention it’s organic food?

Salad and Go is amazing in general, but SaladandGo suddenly stopped working and an error message would pop up after I click the cart for check out. I uninstalled SaladandGo and even made a new account (because my old account info disappeared). It worked once and now continues to bug out so I can’t use it anymore. The drive thru lines can get really long and I have a lot of modifications in my orders, so I don’t go nearly as often because I can’t order ahead.

I love the tofu and salads here, as well as all the delicious drink choices! Using SaladandGo has made pick up on the go even easier and quicker than most fast food drive throughs. This has also been the easiest app I have used to find locations near my work, home, and while driving.

Fast, fresh, healthy and so good! Everything I have had from Salad and Go has been amazing, including the chicken pot pie soup. The lemonades alone are worth a trip there. The staff work their tails off, but are always so friendly. Salad and Go’s phone app makes ordering and paying so easy, great job all the way around!

I love Salad & Go and their awesome food. I would love it even better if they updated SaladandGo to allow for ‘easy’ or ‘light’ when editing ingredients on salads & burritos. For example: I love the traditional breakfast burrito, but I only want a small amount of potatoes and bacon. Right now my only option is all or nothing. So I either have to skip that ingredient or pick off what I don’t want. This edit would make SaladandGo perfect!! 💚🧡

This place has become my go to, for on the go food. I rarely ever eat fast food, but when i do, i go the healthy route. The salad are so big its hard to eat the whole thing. Best value on food.
Now SaladandGo has made it easier to order. The buffalo chicken salad is easily my favorite. I suggest you all try it. The Cave creek rd and 101 site is awesome. So convenient.

Love Salad&Go! Love SaladandGo . Only problem I have is when I try to add my favorited order, it tells me “one of the items (a build your own salad) is not available at this location.” So I have to add the items into a new order (& all the items are available at the location) which defeats the point of a saved favorite order.

The “continue button” doesn’t seem to fit well on iPhone 12 mini. Bottom right of the screen makes it really difficult to press. Oftentimes have to attempt to press it multiple times before it “continues.” I recommend moving it up a few pixels or changing the style altogether if possible.

I love ordering before I get out for lunch and having my salad ready to go when I arrive. Saves me about 30 minutes going through the drive through. I also love being able to save my favorite order to make it super fast and easy to order and pay through SaladandGo .

If you want to add plenty of toppings, it’s best to build your own (BYO). Other than that, app is quick and easy to order ahead and get what you want. Pick up at drive thru or window. So quick and cheap too!! Great quality and plenty to eat!!

Our salads are always fresh and the service is lightening fast. Our orders are always accurate and we think they use some kind of magic to have it ready to hand to us by the time we pull forward to the pick up window.

Salad And Go’s app is everything it needs to be, including giving me plenty of options when making my order. It’s been working smoothly every time I use it, and it’s easy to navigate.

For my first order through SaladandGo it worked, the second time is another story; it keeps loading the calculating taxes and total loading screen. Then proceeds to say I can’t order anything right now. It’s getting ridiculous when you think something will be quick and easy but it’s more time consuming
