Make sure you keep an eye open if you have your location settings on it’ll just choose a store for you even though you’ve never ordered there before also there’s no phone numbers in the app no way to cancel an order whatsoever.
This app has the absolute worst location settings I have ever seen in an application. I literally was a cross the street from a salad and go placed my order and it placed the order at a salad and go 3 miles away. In what world does this make any sense?
Absolutely the most frustrating app ever almost makes me not want to bother placing ordersOn top of all of this if you notice it right away in the app there’s literally no way to even call them or move the order or anything like that you are out of luck you can’t even contact anybody to fix it it’s so pathetic your app coders are amateurs

When you’re in a vehicle that won’t fit through a drive thru, at a restaurant that won’t allow walk ups, you need to order from an app. It would be nice if the app didn’t lose the order you set up as soon as you went to settings to allow it to use the camera. Furthermore, it should not REQUIRE the use of camera to scan your credit or debit card, you should be able to enter it manually. For a place that is only drive thru, they require your phone to scan the card, which is not possible with their slow scanning while you’re driving over bumps. Initially it asked me to use apple wallet and I said yes, but then it took me to the next page and would only let me add a card into the app. What gives?

I’ve been going to the location by 83rd and happy valley since they’ve opened. 5 salads ago, i found a hair- I tried telling myself that it was probably my own. Then I got another one and it was fine, at my 3rd salad, there was a long hair ( not mine, no matter how much I tried to believe it could be). I ended up throwing it away. Gave it some time before giving them Another go, sure enough, salad 4 & 5 have had hairs in my and my husbands salads. This is just pure disgusting. Like is this on purpose because that’s wayyyyy too common for it to happen. I’ll be looking thru my salads before taking a bit and leaving the location- if I even get the stomach to try them again!
