MealHero has helped a ton in terms of efficiently planning grocery shopping and cooking. A full house of kids doesn’t leave a lot of time for designing elaborate menus - with MealHero I can pick out some healthy ingredients and plan out everything no fuss. Much needed!

All the diets MealHero seems to focus on are all ones that cut out meats or animal products (vegan, vegetarian, etc).
If you're on keto, atkins, carnivore, low carb (basically most diabetic diets), your options here are much more limited. You're better off finding recipes on their respective subreddits.
However, if you eat mainly vegetables or pasta, or have the luxury of being able to digest almost everything, it can be a useful meal planner.

As a Dad to a 9-month old daughter with two nonstop work lives in the Big City, MealHero is clutch.

In minutes I can plan 1-5 meals/week from a huge variety zero sweat, click thrice to get an Instacart/Sprouts Organic shopping cart to nail the recipes, and have it all delivered any time I like. Very cool!

Great work on app guys, can see power of your product with awesome integration with instacart. But I feel UX is bit complex to handle for average user. I myself a app developer I understand what you trying to achieve.

Hope to see polished up in next version.

i highly recommend getting MealHero. just a few quick questions and MealHero gives you a variety of delicious and usually pretty quick, healthy, meals.

MealHero gives me tons of ideas when I’m looking for something to cook for dinner! I love that it’s also super easy to add the meals I make almost every week from memory.

Saw MealHero on our parent communication ClassTag and have been such a great help. Our family loves it ❤️ Please add ability to create custom recipes! This would make it perfect!

Didn’t really check it out too much because we avoid beef but not poultry, and there wasn’t an apparent way to filter out beef. Seemed easy to use and the recipes did look good.

I feel like MealHero would be great if it wasn’t constantly being dysfunctional...I can’t update any of my meal preferences at all. When I try, it doesn’t fully load the page and if it does, I can’t hit the save button and can only back out of it unsaved. It’s inconvenient for finding and updating my meals.

Not very functional. It won’t let me change the number of meals at all, it’s pre-selected five meals for you and there is no way to change it. Some menus you can’t even back out of at all, leaving the only option to back out of MealHero entirely. Was really hoping MealHero could have helped. Too bad.

MealHero makes my life so much easier to decide what dish to cook and amount of the ingredients I need based on the size of the servings.

I just downloaded MealHero and found a meal I thought looked good but it won't pull up the instructions. I clicked the view instructions but it doesn't do anything. This kind of makes MealHero useless if I can't read how to make the food.

I gave up after the first try. There are no real instructions, I couldn’t change my profile settings, and not enough information could be entered on diet issues. I was very disappointed.

I downloaded this to meal plan and keep track of low calorie meals. Vast majority of recipes have no calorie count and it’s slow and crashes occasionally.
