Bonjour, depuis la mise à jour de l’app je n’arrive plus à alimenter mon compte. De plus, j’essaye de contacter le service client en vain ! A cause de ce soucis technique qui dure depuis 1 semaine j’ai un prélèvement qui n’a pas pu passer et maintenant je reçois un message qu’il y’aura des frais! Qu’est-ce qui se passe?! Si ça persiste je vais fermer mon compte. J’aimerais que quelqu’un me réponde. Merci

L’option « ma tirelire » aurait été mieux si elle était cachée et ne s’affichait pas directement à l’écran lors de l’ouverture de l’application.
