Good morning madame/sir. Ma French banque refused to send to me the bank card which i paid for. They are telling me that they sent it on my email address. We agreed on having it physical ma French banque card on hand not on email. How can i make use of card on email when i wants to buy something online. They blocked my app not to open. My fiance parents died when she was 6. They left her with estate account with MA French Bank. She wants to close it to come live in the U.S. They told she needed 1400 dollars to have her name for the primary to due so. I sent money through wire When I filled the paper work I made 1 error. I put the banks name where I should have put Kevin Borose. Everything else was right. Now she is told she can't get access to her money and they can't touch the money until my bank recalls the money. My bank can't do anything because they took it out throgh my debit card. This bank will not help her in any way. So they get to keep my money and she is unable to access her account. It will not be long before she runs out of money and they could care less. They also told her that the French goverment ok them as a loyal bank and there is nothing she can do about it. This is BS and nobdy seems to give a dam.

A cause de ce soucis technique qui dure depuis 1 semaine j’ai un prélèvement qui n’a pas pu passer et maintenant je reçois un message qu’il y’aura des frais! Qu’est-ce qui se passe?! Si ça persiste je vais fermer mon compte. J’aimerais que quelqu’un me réponde. Merci
