Problems at East Surrey Hospital parking keeps saying "problem encountered try again later" Worked okay a week ago but last few days no joy. Have disconnected and reconnected to the hospital wifi several times have uninstalled and reinstalled Glide on my phone but still no joy

How to fix Glide app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Glide app on iPhone
Update Glide app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Glide iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Glide on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Glide network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Glide Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Glide not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Glide App
1. On android, goto Settings » Glide » click [Force Stop]

Update Glide to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Glide App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Glide » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Glide.

Fix Glide unable to contact server/ Glide internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Glide » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Glide » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Glide
