Hello, I signed up for NEOU to see if it would work for me. It didn't. A few weeks ago, I looked for info on how to cancel. I could not find anything on email to contact your company since my plan was to cancel. Frankly, at that point, I assumed that my "membership" wasn't continued because I thought I didn't authorized the continuing payment. I checked my credit card and couldn't find anything from you. At that point I believed I no longer had anything to do with your company. But now I see that on 4/29 I was charged $59.99. I need to cancel any membership and I would like that charge reimbursed. Except for trying out a few classes when I first signed up, I haven't used it at all. Thanks for helping me. Teri Weldy

Yes Y'all took money out of my account without my permission your then sent me a receipt saying that your refund the money back to me and then you take the go back behind my back and take the money out again on me again so what is it you going to be funny to me and then take it back and then refunded to me and take it back can I please have my money put back on my account my name is Joy Jenny Ferguson I have a receipt that you sent to my email address saying that you gave me back the money I open up my bank account this morning and see that your head took it off my account again can you please return the money back to my account thank you

Hello, I’m hoping to get in contact with a customer service agent concerning my app subscription. I noticed recently that my account was wiped clean of all saved classes and I can no longer find any trainers I was previously using and loved! I’m in the middle of relocating and it had taken a few days to set up internet and once I had realized that, the year had renewed. I’m disappointed because NEOU is nothing like I remember it and I’m really displeased with the options available now and was planning on discontinuing. It seems I missed the window to cancel by a few days. Is there anyway my subscription can be cancelled and my card be refunded the $79.99? New Update

The new update is overload on all of my devices. I constantly get an alert on my Mac saying “this website is using significant memory. Closing it may improve responsiveness of your Mac”. Therefore, it drains my battery and my computer starts overheating, which doesn’t happen with any other website. I tried using a lower quality video playback with their settings control, and still had this issue. There used to be volume controls so I could lower/raise the volume and listen to my own music at the same time. This is now gone. I can no longer minimize/half screen the workout without completely stopping the workout. I can no longer log into the app on my phone OR iPad, I sat there waiting for a solid 5 minutes multiple times while the screen “loaded” indefinitely. The updated home page is aesthetically pleasing, but too much is going on and I think that’s why so much has gone wrong. I used to love this app, and recommended it to all my friends, and now I can barely stand to use it.

Forget it if you’re a beginner

It doesn’t matter that their trainers are for the most part certified to my liking, because I am under the strong impression that the members of their creative team have the intelligence of 6 year olds. When I asked for a basic beginner body weight concept, they instead introduced a beginner boot camp playlist. Body weight basics means no boot camp elements, NEOU. Not helping their cause is the reality that if you want to talk to the trainers, their private Facebook group is your only option. That’s something I’m not willing to do because my experience with Facebook groups is that they are toxic and you will not get the one-to-one attention you need. They are going to have to find a way to make private coaching available in-app, because right now you’re paying about 2.5x times too much money for the level of guidance you get. If you’re a beginner, you’re throwing your money away on this app. Period.

ZERO Free Content, Despite Reviews

With so many reviews raving about free content, I was excited to try this app. I figured there would be a free class in every category (there isn’t), or a select number of free classes per month (there aren’t), or some 10-15 minute free classes to check out before buying into the 45 minutes ones (not a chance). Maybe I can watch just the live classes, at least? NO. So, the reviews are clearly fake, but I thought at least there would be free 5 minute previews showing what the classes were like... something to entice me into buying. Nope!! I got ONE preview. 15 seconds of spoken intro and 15 seconds of ONE little warm up move. EVERY OTHER THING I CLICKED ON ON THE ENTIRE APP said I had to pay the subscription fee to watch it. That’s the extent of the free content. No idea what they paid for those 5-star reviews, but it’s a serious bait and switch.
