Got stuck at Security Questions like others have. Waste of time. Someone didn’t do their work. Should have been an easy app to build. Crap.

I used this to pay my assessment without fees, and now I get a blank screen when logging in. It is a scam to make us go online and incur fees on each payment. Fix this now and stop being so money hungry.

Logged in, set up my payment, saw a convenience fee, deleted PropertyPay and made my payment via the website for free.

When I try to log in I’m taken to a totally blank white screen. App is completely useless now. Please fix!!!

Unfortunately PropertyPay is as useless as their website. Can’t do my HOA payments, site always down. If I could give it a negative star review I would.

Apparently I keep losing connection despite being on WiFi with a strong signal to both my router and my cell data.

This is the only way to pay my HOA fee. PropertyPay (which is glitchy and constantly freezes up) charges 2-3$ to pay with my bank account. When I use the browser on my computer, it’s free. Make sure you double check before hitting submit. It shouldn’t cost money to pay your bills when it’s the only way you can pay!

When I go to log in, the screen is blank. I tried reinstalling PropertyPay but did the same thing after that too.

Both my wife, with her SE, and I, with my 7, get a blank screen when selecting login. This makes it effectively worthless. If I could give a fractional number of stars, I would. The other reviewer, whose review I regrettably read after I downloaded and installed PropertyPay , is having the same issue.

PropertyPay is messed up for over a month now. Not able to login, error pops up and redirected to a white blank screen.

Why does PropertyPay charge a fee for payments using a bank account? I can use the same account to pay for free online. Useless app...

Deleted app once it said there was a convenience fee to pay! If I pay through the actual website there is no fee. Not very convenient if you ask me. What gives thumbs down! That’s why I gave 1 star everything else is fine

I scheduled my first HoA payment online through the website and that was confirmed through email. I received another email saying a payment was scheduled with $13 in processing fees. I logged into PropertyPay and did not see the first scheduled payment I had made, just the scheduled payment with the $13 processing fees. I deleted that payment and thinking I no longer had anything scheduled created a second payment in PropertyPay . I am aware of my user error but why wouldn't my website payment show as pending in PropertyPay ? Not a good user experience.

When I try to select log in from PropertyPay to make a payment I am taken to a blank screen. I have been using PropertyPay for sometime now and have never had this issue before. Fix PropertyPay please!

I was excited at a new way to pay my bills. However, I can’t add my checking account to my app and thus cannot pay. It just tells me my network timing is lost. Also, it was a pain to enter my info as PropertyPay wouldn’t bring up my keyboard and it had a lot of trouble switching to each new field. Maybe after some updates this will work.

Click login and it goes to blank white screen.

Please fix Immediately, I need to adjust my monthly payments.

I been using PropertyPay for a while with no problems until I updated PropertyPay now when I log in it goes to a blank screen and nothing happens please fix it.

A bug found after new app account created. Cannot add bank Checking account into app to pay the fee, please fix ASAP, but online web page is good to use & add Checking account, thank u for ur kind assistance. 🙂

When I attempt to login, I’m told that an update is available but when I go to update, the same version downloads 😕.

Also, when I try and enter the amount to pay the keyboard doesn’t pop up, I have to tap the field repeatedly!!! Hopefully when the update does become available it will resolve this issue!!

I just downloaded PropertyPay 8 minutes ago, entered my information and have already paid my HOA dues. MUCH easier than the clunky website I’ve used the past 10 years.

The login page is blank. There is a message to update app yet no update app is available.

Title says it all. Why would I pay a $5 convenience fee to pay by app when I can pay online for free??

PropertyPay was fine until about 3 months ago. Just delist from PropertyPay Store.

App used to work great, but it no longer allows sign in.

I have been using PropertyPay but from last couple of months when I try to log in, it takes me to a white blank screen with no progress. Looks like a bug. Please fix it.
