Sam s Club now Reviews

While a bit cumbersome, it was functioning OK until three days ago. Now when I try to scan a product the screen shows “now does not work in this store.” Also if I try to go beyond this point SamsClubnow shuts down. Not very helpful. The store personnel including the manager apparently are only authorized to say they are sorry.

Even with my location services turned on, SamsClubnow won’t let me check in for online order pick up. I go to “change settings” and nothing happens. Now that they don’t have kiosks for online orders, I guess there’s no way to order online for in club pick up without bothering guest services.

Can’t shop at this store anymore. I can never sign in at store due to errors. Takes at least 15 minutes for employees to try and get me signed in. Shopping would be great if I could just get through the door in less than 15 minutes

I can’t change my location. It doesn’t work if I’m not at the sams I first registered at. Please help.

If you’re out, it defeats the purpose to even go to your store sometimes.

In & out in literally 5 minutes. This is from the time I parked to checking out on SamsClubnow . Everyone was beyond friendly & helpful as well. can’t wait to come back

I was amazed at how efficient the shopping was here. The friendliness of the staff, a very clean and organized environment. The meat is so fresh, I’m going to get my friends and family who are also Sam’ Club members will visit again soon 👍💯

Staff was excellent. Answered all of our questions. We now have a much better understanding of the concept. We will definitely be frequent shoppers.

Took only 25 minutes to get groceries in and out of car! Love it! Fruits are fresh and plump!
