When i request a password reset, i don't get a response.

App won't load on my Pixel 8. I just get a blank page with independant.co.uk at the top. Have tried uninstall and reinstall but no change. Not an auspicious start to my subscription

The independent app takes forever to load and freezes. I often get 'app not responding'. Basically it is not useable. I had this behaviour when I first subscribed and now it's back. I have a Motorola Android phone.
