This business process is bad. You receive a link over sms. It directs you to download an app. The link take you to the front page of MutualofOmahaMortgage . No process to follow, no guidance on screen. I haven’t got far yet but I don’t keep my pdf paystubs and W2s on my phone so it seems to lack any form of testing or User Acceptance in any way. I’m left frustrated and just in disbelief that this was something that was designed.
Be careful before downloading MutualofOmahaMortgage. I downloaded MutualofOmahaMortgage (by mistake) and it has my personal information. However I don’t have a mortgage or pending mortgage with them! The phone number is registered to an individual! It’s misleading at first glance because Mutual has LIFE INSURANCE too. I emailed them to cancel it am waiting to hear back. I am not pleased at all!
Loan in process, trying to sign documents from my loan representative to keep process going yet whe you go to MutualofOmahaMortgage to view and sign them, the clueless app goes right back to asking for my driver’s license and other info to open a new loan. Yep downloaded MutualofOmahaMortgage but very very frustrating, just send me signing documents in DocuSign or similar program- something that actually works...,
This application gives the appearance that it will allow better communication. It doesn’t. It is only an advertisement a download application. Don’t waste your time.
MutualofOmahaMortgage worked once, now it just spins.
No errors or indication as to why it won’t load, just a never ending loading screen.
Now that my refi is done what exactly does MutualofOmahaMortgage do? There’s no way to see my mortgage or pay it like I can do with other lenders. MutualofOmahaMortgage becomes worthless once you are finished with the application.
MutualofOmahaMortgage does not have account information as far as payments being made. They need to update MutualofOmahaMortgage.
For me, the application has been out of sync from the website. I am far along in my loan process, however, MutualofOmahaMortgage isn’t showing that at all. For some reason, it is stuck at the continue application step. Also, the required documentation section is the same thing.
This refinance has been confusing and MutualofOmahaMortgage is little help. MutualofOmahaMortgage messages don’t match the messages that are sent via text and email from agents or representatives. I’m not really sure who my representative is because MutualofOmahaMortgage says it is somebody else. I understand they are busy, but I hope they get their poop in a group.
This is a pretty smooth app. No crash, quick, info is easy to see and navigate. Good job.
