I thought TimeWorksPlusEmployee was great for a couple months, then I upgraded my phone, was able to use TimeWorksPlusEmployee for about two weeks then got logged out. Will not recognize my login info, and after reading reviews, this is an ongoing problem for a vast amount of users FOR YEARS, I’m honestly baffled as to why this problem hasn’t been fixed in all that time.. There are no options for “forgot your password?” Or any kind of contact support options. I’m utterly astounded by the incompetence. As an employee, I NEED to be able to clock in and out, AND keep track of my hours. Ongoing technical issues like this make employees look bad to their emplyers, I just started this job and I plan on keeping it. Your app team needs to get their act together and FIX THE PROBLEM!
