If you are an employer do not use this. First of all there is a bug with the app where it can log you out and never recognize your log in information again. The website also looks terrible, there is words and buttons overlaid making it confusing and ugly to work with. The time in clock will also make up a time when you click clock in. I clocked in at 6:30am and it tells me that I clocked in at 8:30am. The website also has a ghost double clicking issue that is still unresolved. These are issues that have not been fixed for up to 2 years, so don’t think they are about to fix or update it. I don’t know how a supposed credible company can get away with such terrible design and not do anything to fix it. Do not use.

I thought the app was great for a couple months, then I upgraded my phone, was able to use the app for about two weeks then got logged out. Will not recognize my login info, and after reading reviews, this is an ongoing problem for a vast amount of users FOR YEARS, I’m honestly baffled as to why this problem hasn’t been fixed in all that time.. There are no options for “forgot your password?” Or any kind of contact support options. I’m utterly astounded by the incompetence. As an employee, I NEED to be able to clock in and out, AND keep track of my hours. Ongoing technical issues like this make employees look bad to their emplyers, I just started this job and I plan on keeping it. Your app team needs to get their act together and FIX THE PROBLEM!

It won’t let you change your password after you download the app you can change the password on the website but that’s just to sign in to website not the app which is stupid then when you sign in through the website and go to swipe clock it won’t let you go back to the dashboard you have to logout then log back in again. It’s bad a lot of bugs need to be worked out. I wish my employer would find another one this is about the fourth clock in and out app we’ve had in a year and this one is by far the worse one yet don’t waste your time till they get the kinks worked out!!!!!!!!!
