I don’t know what you guys did, but I wish I could go back to the last update. This is ridiculous

I forgot my password and tried to reset it and I wasn’t able to. The system just kept kicking me out. I was actually trying to use it to show a car dealership my paycheck stubs through PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect . Being that I wasn’t able to get in couldn’t show them the check stubs I wasn’t able to get the car. Very disappointed in PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect!

The oasis app gets locked into permanent crash cycle every time you open it if you try to turn on Face ID/Touch ID. If one does that it can only be fixed by deleting and reinstalling.

PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect is perfect no glitches! Everything runs smoothly and everything I need is right in the palm of my hands! Love it!

The new version doesn’t allow bank account deletion for existing direct deposit account.

Trying to set my fingerprint/ Face ID as I transferred to a new phone but it wouldn’t confirm
Have been trying for days but every time I am trying confirm the passcode system app kicks me out

PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect keeps crashing. I can’t even get into the point of putting in my user ID and password. I have to delete PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect and then reinstall it in order to get on.

I’m not able to log into PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect. I know I’m putting my information in correctly! It’s extremely frustrating!

I’ve downloaded PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect twice and I can’t get passed the login screen. PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect still has motor bugs that need to be fixed

Why can’t you guys keep PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect update I pretty sure people use it all the time it’s annoying that it dosent work wit my Face ID and I have to put my password all the time

Can’t get past the login screen. It doesn’t even allow me to register.

What a complete waste of an app. Always crashes, Face ID never works, password won’t even save properly. I could’ve done a much better job. Very cheap!

Unable to activate face recognition app, I use LastPass and PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect is not user friendly. I enter my password for Face ID, and it closes PaychexOasisEmployeeConnect down. Very frustrating. Please fix this!
