Ugh

PushEmployee should perish and die

*UPDATE *** STILL currently THE WORST

*Months after posting my first review this platform is still the worst. Clocking in and out on PushEmployee is not efficient, there's still no staff lists with any contact information and the "messaging" system can only be accessed via browser.
PushEmployee does not offer any way to see staff emails or phone numbers, does not offer way to contact or message fellow employees, and the clock in/out system does not always work. Have worked full shifts only to find out my clock in never worked. Our company has now been forced to revert to using paper to track hours and communications have suffered. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!!!! BIGGEST MISTAKE BY EARL'S RESTAURANTS EVER. WHICHEVER EMPLOYEE MADE THIS DECISION SHOULD BE FIRED. Only more headaches each day. Thanks for nothing PUSH!

My company just started using this newly launched app in place of HotSchedules... bad idea. PushEmployee does not offer messaging capabilities or a staff list. Releasing and swapping shifts is super hard to see and understand. Push Operations in the browser offers more capabilities than PushEmployee , which makes no sense. Employees at my company can no longer communicate with each other about scheduling or shifts, we cannot access employee information to even contact one another. We also are forced to clock in or out through PushEmployee which causes massive headaches when you've forgotten your phone! I wouldn't recommend PushEmployee for any company (especially as large as ours, over 300 employees) if you want to keep a happy and organized workplace.
