My company has been using this app from the very beginning, and it’s been a great experience.

For tracking employee hours it works perfectly, it lets employees clock in on their smartphones, and even has some added features like location tracking so you can see where they’ve been. Being able to sort through the weeks (and set the start of the week whichever day I want), and sort by “individual” or “all” employees has made my life much easier, and come payroll time I know I can always count on it. It also helps that the employees can submit edits when they forget to clock in and I just have to go in and approve them.

Best part? Customer service. The first time I had an issue, I received a response within 20 minutes and they updated SINC to solve the issue within a few days, I’ve never dealt with such a dedicated team. From what I can see, all the bugs have been worked out and I have not had any issues.

Downloaded SINC with many others to test, hoping to take out some time of filling out the timecards. And let me tell you SINC functions flawlessly for me other apps didn’t make the cut as they were either a bit too complex for the employees to understand or just not giving the options needed. this app is simple to use works in low reception areas by updating once reception is restored. Have used SINC for almost 6 moths now with no issues what so ever. Editing clock in and clock outs are super simple. Honestly SINC has taken hours and hours off of sorting timecards. It’s just works simple but reliable gives me what I need to see when I need to see it. Can’t wait to see what improvements come to SINC next.

Simple to use with great features

I’ve been using the this app app with my small business for over a year. It was recommended to me by our bookkeeper as she had a client currently using it and happy with the results. I totally agree! I had tried a different timekeeping app previously and both my employees and I thought it was a pain to navigate and not very user-friendly. this app is the opposite - you can quickly click in/out as an employee, and as an employer, I can quickly and easily see how many hours are worked and who is clocked in. My bookkeeper has access to it so that I don’t even have to submit the hours!! That itself was a game changer for me. So happy I was told about SINC!

Best work companion I have found

I have been using SINC for about a year now and it has delivered an everything you think it would. It accurately tracks my hours so I do t have to worry about it and you can add notes and jobs into the description for work that needs to be done. If you ever forget to clock in or out you can always edit your hours as well to make them accurate again, I recommend SINC to anyone that needs a system like this at their work!

Great app but I do have 1 request

Hey great app nice, simple, and on point. The only thing I would ask for is a weekly view of old shifts. I love the option to look at, and even add notes, to my old shifts. It does get a little rough trying to add up the daily hours to find my total for that week. So I guess if there was a weekly summary also for previous weeks instead of only days, SINC would be six stars! Thank you though I do love SINC.

SINC has been exactly what we needed. It gives the entire team, the autonomy to work from wherever they are, punch in and out on their own platforms, yet provide the HR and payroll teams the complete information required for their record keeping and payroll activities. Simple, and effective. It allowed us to get rid of the expensive and high $$ timeclock equipment.

Essential App. If you have a small business you need this app!!

My husband uses SINC to track his employee hours and track payroll. SINC also has a built in messaging system to track communication which he uses for stocking and follow up notes. There haven’t been any issues with the program. So for the price you can’t beat the quality or the consistency- which his limo business relies on.

Great App

I am an admin on SINC and being a manager of a small company, SINC really helps me track hours and enables me to schedule employees easier. Plus, the incident reporting feature is very handy so that I am made aware of issues that arise on the spot. Customer service is also very helpful and fast. Emails are returned quickly and the developers are adamant about providing a quality product. Would recommend to anyone.

Love this App!!

We have been using this app from the beginning and it has been great. SINC is very user friendly. My employees can edit their time, which I’m able to approve and I can adjust their time easily! My wife can get the information she needs from SINC and complete payroll with no issues. I’d recommend this app to any small business. No complaints 😊.

Time Saver!

I have a small company and have been using SINC for about 4 months. I was spending a lot of time trying to figure the hours of my guys in the field. Now I can generate a report any time and forward it right away to my accountant for payroll. Employees can swipe in and out and add notes letting me know if they are going to lunch or another job. Its a great app!
