I am pretty technologically advanced and have had a rewards card for ages - not happy they came up with own app - all my other rewards cards for EVERYTHING ELSE - including another LOCAL dairy chain are on same app - KEY RING - made it more inconvenient to invent own app AND granted I had very few rewards points on my card - they did not transfer over to app. I called and spoke with someone there and have yet to hear back regarding getting credit for those points. AND WENT THERE TONIGHT - forgot to use app and was not reminded - so had to go thru hassle of entering in receipt when got gone to get the points. Rather poor system in my opinion. Not happy at all with new program - and like a kindergartner designed new store where you enter and exit store in line of traffic for drive thru??? Really???? Huh? What up wit dat?

I downloaded GraetersIceCream on my Mom’s iPhone and tried to sign her up. Every time I would complete the sign up (I thought) it would take me back to a sign up screen and didn’t save anything. I tried three times. I downloaded it on my IPhone and had the same experience. Then I remembered I tried about a year ago to download GraetersIceCream and sign up and had the same result and deleted it. I don’t see why they would continue to use an app that doesn’t work when you can just swipe a card or use your phone number for rewards or maybe they don’t want people to collect they’re rewards in the first place. It seems to me that the older people especially that have been loyal to Graeters all these years probably aren’t using GraetersIceCream for sure because of technology and I can’t use it because I can’t sign up. Please go back to rewards cards.

I LOVE GraetersIceCream and it honestly makes getting my rewards points a million times easier. GraetersIceCream is so easy to use, all you have to do is hand your phone with GraetersIceCream pulled up to the employee and they do all the work for you! Nothing could be simpler. Now I always know how many points I have instead of trying to guess! I also get notifications when my rewards are ready to use or if I got a special promotion! I could not recommend enough and give GraetersIceCream 10 billion stars if I could!

For a very basic user his phone always keeps them logged in, this is probably a fine app. But once GraetersIceCream logged me out one time I was screwed. I spent literally an hour just trying to get back into my account. I kept being asked to provide my phone number, and every time I did it said the number was already taken. Well no doc, because it was taken by me who is trying to get back into their account. I keep resetting my password, it keeps taking me to the same screen of entering my phone number, and it keeps telling me my phone number is already taken. What a ridiculous waste of time

Member since it’s been around. Today I was declined and told to get GraetersIceCream ( politely) the problem is I haven’t physically had the card probably since I was given it. I’ve always used my phone number to access my account. Now I am unable to sign up or merge my account with my phone number, so will not be able to use GraetersIceCream unless I create a new account. And honestly the incentive seems incredibly poor tied with the user experience. Hey, maybe GraetersIceCream is great! But I can’t login so will never know. More publicity in the stores could have helped avoid this gap.

I got a “news” item in my Graeter’s app today telling me that I need to download the *new* Graeter’s app today. Searched GraetersIceCream Store, but I can’t find any new App or any new update to the existing app. Tried to use the “Need Help?” Menu option in GraetersIceCream , but it doesn’t do anything. Probably doesn’t matter — I haven’t actually gone to Graeter’s since last summer. They discontinued all of my favorite flavors, so I’ve switched to UDF except during the summer when the good bonus flavors are released. I should just delete GraetersIceCream , and reinstall it in June.

Have had GraetersIceCream for 4 months. Went to use it yesterday and GraetersIceCream won't open. It shows the opening image then immediately crashes. Tried deleting and re-installing GraetersIceCream , still does not work. I have saved my receipts to enter my reward points at a later date.
Graeter's management should take note that using an app as the sole entry point for rewards is a terrible idea. Just have the cashier enter our phone number, much less complicated and more convenient for the customer.

Jan 2021 just installed and used app for the first time. Works well! Was able to scan receipt and add points no problem. Not sure why others were complaining.

I did not have my Graeter’s account number but the store manager looked it up for me after I have him my phone number. I typed that account number into the new mobile app and all prior points migrated in. No problem.

App fine so far. No errors. Easy to use. Sufficient functionality.

I like how I can see exactly how many points I have. And they now round up my points so I don’t have partial points like before ! Also nice to see exclusive offers and special deals for app users.

Won't even log me in now that I got a new phone, though I know I am using the correct login because I am able to log into the website just fine with the same login. I even tried resetting my password, but it never sends me an email to reset it. GraetersIceCream was difficult to navigate even when I used to be able to log in, so I give up. Deleting this useless app.

Many times when I need to use GraetersIceCream it needs an update. When I attempt to update it I’m told it isn’t available. GraetersIceCream is very inconsistent and unreliable. Meanwhile you can’t use the original card Graeters issued for rewards. Good thing the are good at making ice cream because their IT is terrible and should be outsourced.

Can anyone understand what the hell the person above me is talking about? Lots of run on sentence, grammar errors and ebonics=didn’t pay attention in school.

Continue to receive duplicate messages and notifications.

GraetersIceCream is very limited, even for someone who lives on/thru their phone. I also don’t understand why you can’t scan receipts after 14 days. Other ice cream shops able to use phone numbers &/or app so not sure why Graters can’t. We’ll likely hit the places with easier ways to track rewards.

Apps are supposed to help making things easier and better. This is just too complicated and takes up space on my phone for no reason. And when I have been in to get ice cream I haven’t had my phone on me so I don’t get the rewards anyway. Not customer service friendly at all.

Tried to place an order for curbside today. Would not even process my CC info for payment. I ended up just giving up with no ice cream. $25 worth of product unordered because GraetersIceCream would not me to finish the process. I won’t be trying again or going to Graeter’s until after the pandemic!

Constantly says no internet connection. Well, everything else on my phone can connect to the internet. I'm writing this review on the same network that Graeter's app cannot connect to the internet on. Tried different WiFi networks and mobile data as well.

I don’t care about rewards, and I dislike apps like this; I only got this to make curbside ordering easier.. (now that it’s curbside only and my graeters only has one phone line, it’s a pita) but this won’t let me choose a shake in the flavor I want, or specify that I don't want syrup in it. Deleting.

Agree that this is unnecessarily difficult to setup and I am not looking forward to using this. The swipe card is easy to use and I suggest that you keep it as a convenience linked to the account for many of your long-standing customers who are comfortable with similar options like Kroger rewards, etc

First off, why is Graeters the only retailer who makes their customers use an app for a loyalty program? I can walk in any Kroger’s and give them my phone number or show them a card and get deals. Same with Home Depot, Lowe’s. And then I lost all my reward points when I loaded GraetersIceCream .
Why are you making my life more complicated?

Not impressed with the new rewards app. Just spent over 10 minutes to see if I had any rewards, but could never get to the information. The site asked me to sign in 3 times with my email address & password & still I could not get to the rewards information. We gave up & just drove home.
