Hello, I dowloaded the latest version of geekbench5 and the latest version of my drivers and when I launch geekbench 5 it crashes immediatly. What ca I do?

Force Stop the Geekbench 5 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Geekbench 5 » click [Force Stop]

Update Geekbench 5 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Geekbench 5 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Geekbench 5 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Geekbench 5.

Fix Geekbench 5 unable to contact server/ Geekbench 5 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Geekbench 5 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Geekbench 5 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Geekbench 5
