Deceiving
I got the app because of an instagram model I was following. I have a few issues with how the app works. Its not really user friendly. The workouts are very basic and not very helpful. You can literally come up with the workouts on your own and maybe even add more to it for a better outcome. The only thing that was somewhat interesting was the food plan. But because of how it was setup, the food plan is not user friendly and some of the meals are difficult. Hopefully this can all be tweaked in the future, but I will not be returning and paying a subscription. Very expensive for what it offers.

DO NOT BUY
I bought the app and it will not let me log in. There is NO way to contact the creators of the app and there is no support whatsoever. I found their email address and tried to email them but it said the email was invalid. AWFUL customer service because there is none.
