Water Tracker no longer sends me notifications. Where do I turn that feature back on?

I sent message that i could not use program and requested refund of the $15.19 and to cancel but have been billed $30.99 to my Navy Federal I sent a request for a refund of the $15.19 charge because i could not start the program due to kidney transplant complications and cancellation of the program but got charged another $30.99 today 10/10/2023 instead. Please acknowledge my request, refund the charges to my Navy Federal Credit Union Account and cancel subscription at once. Thanks. c

If I am correct my Fit Coach app has three mandatory daily tasks. That is a cardio, strength, etc. requirement, a start walking requirement and finally, Log weight. Then there are various additional activities. How do I activate the start walking item to record what I am accomplishing?

I unsubscribed from FitCoach a while ago, and just was charged $21.09. I am asking for a refund.

I have a pending Recent Transactions (Since Apr 3. Closing May 2) on my American Express card from: CKO*FIT-COACH.IO Transaction Details Pending $44.76 I would like to cancel this. I do not have the app, and my phone does not have room. Also, I see that I could have got it for a free trial, or promo codes. I do not even know if that is 44 a year or a month.
