I eat way too fast. I get hungry and just smash my dinner every day and then often feel bad from over eating. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It’s simple, it’s easy to use, and it works. I love how I don’t have to watch a timer I just wait for the tap on my wrist. I’m already building healthier eating habits by using this app. THANK YOU!!

I really like this app and gave it five stars. If one thing could be changed, it would be its alert. Using just haptics, the alert is so short, sometimes it is easy to miss. But it does everything I need: it’s on my watch, where I need it, it is easy to start and I love the readout giving me an idea of how much time I have left for or to my break. It’s great!

I’ve never written an app review before, but I need to write one for this app. I got an Apple Watch and was determined to use it to lose weight. Between closing my rings and using this app, I have lost over 25 lbs. Even more important than any one accomplishment: it helped heal my unhealthy relationship with food.
