I bought FitCoach and it will not let me log in. There is NO way to contact the creators of FitCoach and there is no support whatsoever. I found their email address and tried to email them but it said the email was invalid. AWFUL customer service because there is none.
I got FitCoach because of an instagram model I was following. I have a few issues with how FitCoach works. Its not really user friendly. The workouts are very basic and not very helpful. You can literally come up with the workouts on your own and maybe even add more to it for a better outcome. The only thing that was somewhat interesting was the food plan. But because of how it was setup, the food plan is not user friendly and some of the meals are difficult. Hopefully this can all be tweaked in the future, but I will not be returning and paying a subscription. Very expensive for what it offers.
I cancelled my subscription to Fit Coach months ago, via my Iphone. The subscription no loner shows up on my phone. But I continue to be charged the monthly fee. I need to get Fit Coach to stop charging my credit card.
