Great with a bug

The app is great and free so no way there can be any complain, my only issue is that it logs my sleeping data from more than one app in my watch / phone so the sleep amount is always off but I frankly don’t mind it that much, and I know they are working on it because I reached out support to mention this and they answered very quick and commented that they’ll look into it. A feature I like that I didn’t find in some other app I used is that you can edit the start and end time of your farting in case you forgot to do so when you should’ve.

The key to keeping my inflammation and asthma under control

This app has been changing my life by helping me learn more about mindfulness to lower my anxiety levels and helping me manage my inflammatory issues with plant nutrition, meditation and intermittent fasting in particular. The app lets me keep track of how I’m doing on a daily and weekly basis in terms of healthy behaviors that can lower my inflammation and stress levels. It also provides learning opportunities and lets me connect with other people who have similar health goals as me.

Excited to see where it goes!

I love the app so far! It’s early on, but it’s so easy to use and share your progress with friends and family. And it’s competitive! I knew very little about the mindfulness aspect of healthy living but the research section has informed me greatly. I’m motivated to improve that aspect of my life! I’m telling my family to download the app so we can compete!
