i downloaded this app for free and signed up. This app gave me false hope that I would be able to reach my goals, have a nice workout routine, and track my progress while looking at food plans. It led me on by saying that I have a trial but once I went to go try to work out or look at any of the food and nutrition you have to sign up and pay money. this is not cool. Even the app work out for women gives you some free stuff where as this app gives you nothing. I was very disappointed because it leaves you on and makes you think that you’ll be able to access a few things free which is totally false. instead of this app I would recommend “work out for women”.

I wanted to get ready for my dance recital and lose weight and maybe get abs but I signed up right away told me get a seven day free trial and usually if you don’t want one you can just exit out of it but no I had to pay!? It said free when I downloaded it and I have to have a free trial or pay and me being broke can’t afford to pay so I couldn’t use the app and even if I used the free trial what can I do in a week!!!??? So I advise if you don't have much money on your phone or any get a different app! And the developer responded with you can cancel it at anytime but I have to select a form of payment and I don’t have enough money soo???

The app seems wonderful! It really looks like it has a lot to offer to users and could absolutely be an amazing resource. The thing is, you get a free trial, then you have to pay to access anything. It would have been nice to know this before signing up and giving the app/software my person information (including birthdate, height, and weight). I’m not in the position to pay for this program right now, and I really would’ve appreciated knowing it was subscription-based before leaving my information. That just doesn’t sit right with me. I’ve now given personal data to a company/app that I’m not even going to end up using. Most other subscription-based apps I have used previously have been very upfront about this, but I’m disappointed in how this app handled it. I gave it two stars since it doesn’t seem like a good resource for those who are able!
