I would’ve given this app five stars, but lately the app’s body sensors aren’t recognizing my movements correctly. For example, I have to lay flat on my stomach for Zenia to acknowledge the plank, which is very disruptive to my practice. Another suggestion is to correct the duration of the practices. I’ll often pick a 20 minute session, but it only ends up lasting 9 minutes. It would be nice to have the option to select which asanas you’d like to practice during a session. UPDATE: I’ve updated my review to reflect how kind and responsive the team at Zenia is. Thank you for the response and directing me to the development team! I’ve found the new live instructors are a tremendous help to my practice. The sensors have also improved. LAST UPDATE: The app no longer works; it just loads a blank screen without any options / sessions. I contacted the development team last week and have received no response. I plan on cancelling my subscription.

The computers voice is just straight creepy, that combined with that absolute-fail of a relaxing “breathing” sound effect (dissonant minors, not soothing mate!) made it really easy to feel frustrated at the app when it fails to scan my body position at all. Rushes you through all poses and breathing....except downward facing dog. You can stay there till all the blood rushes to your head and you pass out. If you are struggling with a pose, you can’t just stop sooner! The computer just repeats her (often unclear) instructions over and over until your muscles just quit. Freakishly Frustrating. Cheers.

I’m 6’4” and this app is unusable because I have to stand far enough away to be visible by the app, which means I need to stand about 10 feet away from my phone. Makes trying to see the app pretty pointless Aside from that, most poses are held for no more than 7 seconds and it seems the creators don’t actually know how to improve their body with yoga and just did some googling
