There’s no customer support at all, I’ve tried calling multiple numbers and even the one they directly put on DiDiFood as their customer support number is incorrect, every time it connects me to a life support customer service representative, so not at all Didi. I had been using DiDiFood for awhile and it was alright, prices are high but that’s to be expected, but last few times no one delivers my order and I’m left waiting for a ghost courier with the wait time being 3+ hours. Worst part it also won’t let me cancel the order cause they charge a cancellation fee and you can’t call anyone for help, needless to say I’ll be changing to Uber eats, see if that’s any better…
I can’t pay nothing because DiDi it doesn’t accept my card, I don’t have that problem with Rappi but right now Rappi There is no coverage until my new apartment
dont order from DiDiFood they take forever yo deliver they have no customer service no one helps you there but if wasting money and eating cold food is your thing didi is for you

I hate didis they took all my money and they didn’t give it back because no one took my order! Don’t use didis!
They don’t deliver your order, the delivery guy eats your food and they still charge you for everything, they are thief’s dont download because you will not get your money back.
New to DiDiFood and have placed two orders. Both have had issues and never received either. Will stick to the other guys.
As an app designer, DiDiFood is a headache. I have tried to place an order on several occasions and it won’t let me because of a promo that I “don’t apply to”, there is no way to disable said promo and DiDiFood prompts me to order something different. Because apparently we’re supposed to eat whatever DiDiFood will let us order. Getting help on DiDiFood is pretty much impossible, unless you have a problem with your card, of course. I tried to uninstall it several times, delete my account and open it again, I’ve had it installed for a while trying to place an order and it’s been no use. I’ll just stick with Uber honestly.
Basically no customer service. If you issue with an order or service there is no resolution process that involves a real person.
DiDiFood keeps canceling my orders without explanation. It assigned a driver to the re-requested order after he canceled the first time for no apparent reason. Maybe third time requesting the same order is the charm. I’m to stubborn and cranky to just give up.
This company is disgusting. They don’t give you the food you ordered and they steal your money and never give it back. If a restaurant doesn’t do their job, then prepare to lose your money because these scam artists don’t give refunds. They also let their delivery people treat you like dirt.

The worst app ever in Mexico they send me really bad food and they won’t even give me my money back or offer a solution to my problem, they practically stole my money and they don’t care for you as a cliente, don’t ever use it!!!!!!
Whenever I adjust the pin, it just zooms in 2 seconds after I haven't moved it. Then, sometimes I can't zoom out and move it cause it just keeps going back to the same spot. When I found my spot, it said "no location found" I put in my apartment details and still nothing. It couldn't even find my location when it had access to it.
Great app but never get any couriers close to me
It’s terrible that when I want to pay by card I can’t, my only option is cash. Especially if I don’t have access to an atm nearby.
You don’t protect the order of your costumers. It seems like you protect restaurants in their mistakes.

I use Didi often in Mexico City. It’s great for food delivery, but really comes in handy for those huge jugs of water. There are a lot of restaurant, convenience stores, and market options. The prices are reasonable and it’s cheaper than using Uber eats. Didi accepts both cars and cash.
