The DJI mimo app on my Galaxy s20 no longer works when directly connected to my Pocket 2. However it does work when using WiFi. I like using it directly connected so I can use the wireless mike. Can this be fixed ?

DJI Mimo no longer works in my samsung 21fe phone. Unable to start. I even downloaded whatever version they have in DJI site (cuz no longer available on Google Playstore)

DJI Mimo app worked fine until today. I was using it a lot this week. As of today or won't start. I tried everything: clear cash, clear data, uninstall, download new version from their website. WTF is going on!? OnePlus 10Pro, Android 12

Mimo was working until yesterday. Now crashing immediately upon opening on Android 12. Have deleted, re downloaded from Dji website. Have changed permissions to allow install from My files. Still not working. Would be useful to see recommended permissions on Android as this feels like where it's falling over.

I've downloaded Mimo app in my Huawei Y8p mobile phone. I am trying to connect dji pocket 2 with my my mobile phone but my Dji pocket 2 keeps disconnecting. Now it's saying I have 3 more attempts. Apparently, I won't be able to use my brand new Dji pocket 2 if it fails to connect with my mobile phone. How can I solve this problem?

I have a Pocket 2 and a Motorola moto g(50). I had to downloaded DJI Mimo several times and eventually managed to install it. But it does not run. When the icon is selected/clicked, the screen quickly flashes but absolutely nothing happens. The app just does not start. HELP PLEASE Richard

I have updated the app and it is not letting me access my videos on my phone even though o have the permissions on. When clicking on the editor it just says there are no photos or videos. Has anyone else had problems with this since updating?

We edited a video for days and when we're finally done and hit DONE, it just disappeared. Is there a way to recover? It's so frustrating.

Evey Tim I try to turn on app it says it has a bug and to upgrade app can't find upgrade and now it just clicks off when I press app button phone Samsung s20+
