DJI Go 4 was working fine with my Mavic air through Android phone Samsung S21, literally a week ago, now app wont open and sometimes comes up with a message that the App has a bug. Have been on many forums to try and repair. Uninstalled, installed latest version from DJI website several times, cleared cache etc etc at a total loss now on what to do - Any ideas ???

Been flying the Phantom 4-pro for over 4 years now ,never had a problem until the newest version of the App . Absolute nightmare ,screen is black ,the camera seems to work but no live feed. There's obviously a problem with this update . If the app does not work i want my money back for my new Phantom 4-pro. As it's rendered useless DJI FIX IT FAST. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER Andre Edinburgh.
