What is going on your app wont send the confirmation email How do sort this as i have tried 5 times today and 3 or 4 times over the past few weeks if your app dosent work take it down
I have spent 5 hours today trying to book DHL express delivery from Melbourne (Australia) to Dallas (USA). I usually send large paintings internationally and have always been happy with the service in the past. But since the website design changes, it’s almost impossible to navigate. Not user friendly at all. I’ve also made 4 calls to the DHL help centre in Brisbane today but the staff seemed to have no clue either. So website was no success, I then downloaded the DHL app. This app worked until it freezes when you want to save the last item listing. I’ve never had problems booking DHL express before. This has been absolutely woeful. I’m so shocked how badly designed everything is. I’ve now lost pick up opportunity before the long weekend. I’m so disappointed and would like to know why the app freezes or ‘save’ boxes go grey and won’t let you select. Regards from a very very disappointed client
App r refuses to send confirmatory SMS message to enable validation of my mobile number at initial set up.
