App refuses to load with password manager.

As others have said, I have FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc and I also use the LastPass app to auto fill my passwords. The DHL iOS app will not load after I enter my password and then press login. Delete and reinstall with the latest update does not help the situation. From the text message, long press the tracking number and I get a new window and a quick response from the DHL website directly. Suggestion for iOS dev, rebuild from scratch. Your existing baseline is critically flawed and a waste of time and memory space. I need to track my products from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Far East locations. And yes I only use DHL International Services. But this iOS app is for the dogs. It just doesn’t work. Clean sheet it, and rebuild it with a different perspective because the old one is completely broken. Sorry but that is bottom line. February 28th, 2020. App deleted.

Great for tracking, utterly useless for anything else

This app is great for tracking but fairly useless for anything else. DHL did not test this app, the UI is inconsistent and badly designed. Details: Cut and paste is not supported. You can’t copy a waybill number from the top of the tracking details page. Selecting text is disabled in that view. In the “in transit” details subview on the “to me” view, if you try to select the waybill number it takes you to tracking details. Even though there is a link highlighted on the right. Really it should allow the waybill to be selected to allow a text cut operation. It should change view only if the link is selected via a touch event. You can’t paste anything in the chat “how may we help you” text box (so if you want to supply a waybill number accurately you’ll need to flip between this app and somewhere else, or write it down and attempt to enter it accurately which is hard to do on a small keyboard) If you have a problem with customs clearance (and since DHL ships a lot from Europe, I this is likely) this app is horrible.

Cannot save address or confirm email address

Unable to save my primary address. I believe it is because, using the search function by typing in my street name and and then selecting the address with the correct city, it populates the city field as St. Louis and then shows an error about the city name. I then manually enter Saint Louis in the city field and the error resolves but it does not allow me to save the address. When attempting to confirm my email address, I did receive the email and clicked on the link but it said the link has expired, despite it having just been sent seconds ago, and the message directs the user to the app to have an email resent. I do not see where to request an email to be resent.
