So I downloaded Costway for the $2000 cash back sweepstakes. And guess what! I won $2000! SIKE! It took forever, but I did in fact land on the $2k. I was so excited, until Costway suddenly quit. I went back- nothing. I tried putting in my order number again, and it wouldn’t let me. Total scam. Don’t waste your time with this garbage- they just want your email and other personal info to use or sell to others to use.

Ordered their product via target. There was an ad inside the box to play a spin game via Costway. To play you need to sign up your email and provide them the order number. I put in the order number multiple times via copy/paste and it keeps saying it’s invalid. Don’t bother providing them with your email. Waste of time. If you also got fleeced by this false advertisement open a complaint with your states attorney general office under consumer fraud like I did.

Bought a sectional from Home Depot. Looks and works great; will see how it holds up. This review is basically for Costway itself. With my order, I received a ticket instructing me how to enter cashback sweepstakes. However, like other reviewers have mentioned, even after putting in the order number and accepting the terms of service, the only spinning wheel I get is a loading one. I never actually get a chance to spend the prize wheel cause Costway gets stuck. Now they have my info. Scammy ad or faulty app; take your pick. And reinstalling Costway doesn’t help.

When you click on “categories” - the only way to search for items, since there is no search bar at the top(?!) - Costway instantly quits! So there is no way to shop, using Costway ! When you then click on “app support”, you’re taken to a page that doesn’t exist. Quite disappointed, since I’m buying presents today, so I’ll go over to Target and Walmart instead. I have a feeling that my money would have gone further with this app.

After ordering one of their pieces of furniture from Target, I got a pice of paper saying I had a chance to win money if I downloaded Costway and entered my order number. After making an account I tried to enter my order number and spin their wheel to see how much money I won. Costway would then go to a loading screen then revert me to the page before. Long story short, don’t expect a working app or the chance to win money from them. Just another way for companies to get your email and lure you in.

The functionality on Costway is useless. It takes forever to search for an item and when a list finally displays the results are 1) irrelevant and 2) unable to click in to see the details. Such a piece of junk that it makes me worry about buying from this merchant. The search function on the website is not much better. A search for a foldable desk provides you with an indoor / outdoor chicken coop. Makes for a good laugh but also causes concerns regarding buying from an online company who has such a poorly done app and website.

I downloaded Costway after I received a coupon in my purchased item with instructions on how to spin the wheel for a randomized reward. I entered the order number and clicked the tos. But Costway did not respond. Just a loading screen indefinitely. I tried multiple days to see if it was just an issue with that initial try. I tried having Costway run in the background and I tried letting run in the foreground. Nothing worked. It feels like the spin the whee was just a gimmick to get me to download Costway .

Don’t waste your time if you are downloading this for the $2,000. Mine didn’t work and apparently no one else’s did either! I’m all for you trying to attract people to your app but offering something you will not follow through with is garbage. Deleting for wasting my time. Sad truth is I probably would have shopped on here had it worked. Even if I didn’t win anything. But the fact the spinning wheel hasn’t worked for me or anyone else tells me this company is full of liars.

I joined Costway because of the contest, entered, spun the wheel and got a coupon. What a wonderful price, a coupon to buy more stuff. I read through many of the other reviews and all I can say is either these people all work in advertising or they are fake reviews. Nobody and I mean nobody reviews a product like a drill and talks about the different speeds whether it’s brushless and all of the different things you can do with the drill. Anytime I see a review that is overly descriptive or uses unique English verbiage I’m suspect.

This is my first time using Costway , and Costway is usefull. Ditto, for their ‘dedicated customer service” though. I purchased an item from them that required assembly. The instructions are not accessible to me, because I am totally blind. They refused to provide any assistance, and advised that I have a friend or someone else assist me, and discontinued the chat session. How RUDE! I’m now stuck with a useless item and have to cancel my trip. I wouldn’t give them my business! App gets 5 stars, company gets below 0!

I really enjoy shopping in Costway. They have a wide variety and the prices are fantastic. I would recommend getting Costway to my family and friends.

I must say that I was surprised by the quality of the pantry cabinet when I received the package. The instructions were easy to follow. So I quickly put it together. I put it in the kitchen and found it's really excellent.

I shop this app regularly because I have had received great products and customer service from them. I love having Costway on my phone so I can always check on their offerings and pricing before looking elsewhere for what I want. I know I’m going to get the best price here if they have what I want, and more stylish options as well.

The format of Costway is easy to use and straight forward with a clean and vibrant color scheme. It works best on my phone as it has yet to be optimized for the iPad screen size, but I also have it saved to my internet bookmarks when I use my iPad.

Truly a great shopping experience from start to end regardless of the format!

I have made several purchases from this app now and I find there products to be well made and the one issue that I had to have the need to contact customer service I found them to be very kind and beyond helpful. So to the people leaving them bad reviews maybe you should consider the way in which you approach people when you are requesting their help. Because I had a great experience! But then again I am a people person and I have common courtesy and common sense so there’s that

Great style add to office space!
This product does everything I want it to My monitor is at a better eye level, the stand is high enough to store the keyboard and mouse underneath and get them out of the way when needed. Al the cubby holes for pens, iphones, note pads and speakers are a bonus. It gets a lot of miscellaneous items off the desk and stored in one convenient spot.

The promotional deals are off the hook this app has the best deals on all your appliances and OMG the ways to earn money and collect extra discounts are just endless I absolutely love love love Costway. I’m recommending it to all my family members and friends so many ways to have fun enjoy and shop all at the same time

20' Movie Screen was delivered and a breeze to set up. Good looking and durable. Watched a movie on it with the family the 1st night and really enjoyed the size! It was like being at the drive-in movie theater. I love this app. Orders are shipped quickly and have great customer service. Looking forward to our next this app item!

After ordering a fence, I was concerned that I was "out of luck". When I opened the box and noticed 2 of the small pieces were broken. I sent an email to this app and I received results within a couple of days, that parts is putting on my fence now. Thank you!
