4 Most reported problems 😔💔
In mid November we purchased a Costway folding bed with twin mattress. It was purchased through HomeDepot on line. The package did not contain a dust proof bag for the mattress nor any fasteners to secure the bed when in the folded/storage position. Can you please supply these items? Decent furniture, scammy ads

Bought a sectional from Home Depot. Looks and works great; will see how it holds up. This review is basically for the app itself. With my order, I received a ticket instructing me how to enter cashback sweepstakes. However, like other reviewers have mentioned, even after putting in the order number and accepting the terms of service, the only spinning wheel I get is a loading one. I never actually get a chance to spend the prize wheel cause the app gets stuck. Now they have my info. Scammy ad or faulty app; take your pick. And reinstalling the app doesn’t help.
App does not work

After ordering one of their pieces of furniture from Target, I got a pice of paper saying I had a chance to win money if I downloaded this app and entered my order number. After making an account I tried to enter my order number and spin their wheel to see how much money I won. The app would then go to a loading screen then revert me to the page before. Long story short, don’t expect a working app or the chance to win money from them. Just another way for companies to get your email and lure you in.
Worst app I’ve seen to date

The functionality on this app is useless. It takes forever to search for an item and when a list finally displays the results are 1) irrelevant and 2) unable to click in to see the details. Such a piece of junk that it makes me worry about buying from this merchant. The search function on the website is not much better. A search for a foldable desk provides you with an indoor / outdoor chicken coop. Makes for a good laugh but also causes concerns regarding buying from an online company who has such a poorly done app and website.
