Honestly,this app really stepped it up with their app and all of the things that you can do with it. ILoved how I could keep track of everything and see all my transactions and add notes to explain where my money was going.

I really liked Gather and IUsed it every day just to make sure that my funds were secure and weren’t being stolen by scammers. Unfortunately since this new update that requires iOS 16, I have not been able to get into my account at all. I spent the entire weekend with zero money because I didn’t have any of my money in my checking account where I could access it with my ATM.

I have an emergency that I needed money for and I wasn’t able to get to my money or transfer it because there was no way for me to get into my account just because I have an older iPhone that will only update to iOS 15.8.I’m also having the same problem with my iPad because I tried to install it on my iPad as well. IUse these two devices for everything I don’t even use a computer anymore. Hopefully They will make Gather still available for people that have older phones.

If you need to interact with your bank or credit union online, go elsewhere. Gather and the online experience have been terrible since I started with them in 2018. I have NEVER had a good experience with any online interaction. Gather tells me I’m using the wrong password every time I have to change anything. Forget about trying to use a service like Zelle, you will spin your wheels until your ready to cry. I don’t know who is charge of the online experience, but that person is clearly a sadist or completely inept and incompetent. The people at the branches are lovely, but lovely doesn’t help you out a whole lot when you need to conduct business and you can’t get into a branch.

Please help! I can no longer use the this app app because it requires a new iPhone. Please release a previous app version for old phone users. Gather gives me the option to use an old version but it just keeps looping back to Gather Store instead of opening Gather . Please help if you can. Mahalo Aaron

Terrible mobile online honestly. I have the two this app apps so I can connect online but it would not even allow me to connect at all. Keeps telling me to retry I’m over it, even if I have solid connection and WiFi...if I could rate it I’d rate it zero stars terrible. The other this app app I have to wouldn’t even alow me to to go through keeps saying my pass and ID is wrong. Went on the computer to their actual online site and it went thru I don’t understand. They should really try to fix their apps I’m disappointed.

Big hassle trying to pay my bill the first time.
First, it looked easy except I couldn’t complete it because it lacked the routing number. THAT was suspicious. So I called the 866 number listed but he couldn’t help me.
He gave me a number to call which looked like I was calling locally but NO, Elizabeth was in Iowa. She couldn’t help me either!
Finally I got to talk with someone on island and she guided me through, BUT it didn’t show the statement balance, just the current balance.
Fix this.

Not sure why they had to make a new app instead of just improving the old one. Been trying to use Gather since it forced me out of the old and I constantly get “server error” even after typing in the correct credentials for my account. Frustrating that I have to use safari on my phone or my laptop now to check my finances.

No longer able to see Visa account transactions in Gather . You now need to log-in to a different site which is inconvenient.

Overall Gather feels quicker and easier than earlier versions. I like the quick login with a PIN. My main gripe is that when you deposit a check, it puts up these “helpful” banners that block your view of the check you’re trying to take a picture of.

The convenience of being able to do my banking is effortless using the mobile app. I’m so glad I took the opportunity to visit my branch that helped me get started before the COVID19 restrictions went into full effect

Lynne at Lihue this app was steadfast in helping me with an account problem. She stuck with it for 2 days until she solved it. She was always kind and considerate. With people like Lynne helping me I will never leave this app.

I use Gather everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day to keep an eye on my accounts. Easy to navigate, organize and communicate with my financial institution.

Wen I try other bank I have bad experience (won’t name) so I give Gatha Bank try ya? oh da this app bank open all the time and so convenient…no fees and overdraft protection and the online website is so easy to use…I’m so glad for this app Bank

This banking app helps me keep track of balances and transfer money to a different account with ease. I definitely recommend it for its convenience.

Must say, of all of the banks/credit unions I’ve personally known or affiliated with in some form or another.

this app FCU has by far been the best.

Their Mobile App alone is enough to say by to other banks/Credit Unions. It is smooth and easy to use, the five nines rule can be applied to this application, in my personal opinion. (That’s less than 5.15 minutes of downtime in a year) excellent work to the Application Team!

Plus I the Chat feature is wonderful, very helpful for on the go type of people.
