Honestly,Gather really stepped it up with their app and all of the things that you can do with it. ILoved how I could keep track of everything and see all my transactions and add notes to explain where my money was going.
I really liked the app and IUsed it every day just to make sure that my funds were secure and weren’t being stolen by scammers. Unfortunately since this new update that requires iOS 16, I have not been able to get into my account at all. I spent the entire weekend with zero money because I didn’t have any of my money in my checking account where I could access it with my ATM.
I have an emergency that I needed money for and I wasn’t able to get to my money or transfer it because there was no way for me to get into my account just because I have an older iPhone that will only update to iOS 15.8.I’m also having the same problem with my iPad because I tried to install it on my iPad as well. IUse these two devices for everything I don’t even use a computer anymore. Hopefully They will make this app still available for people that have older phones.

If you need to interact with your bank or credit union online, go elsewhere. The app and the online experience have been terrible since I started with them in 2018. I have NEVER had a good experience with any online interaction. The app tells me I’m using the wrong password every time I have to change anything. Forget about trying to use a service like Zelle, you will spin your wheels until your ready to cry. I don’t know who is charge of the online experience, but that person is clearly a sadist or completely inept and incompetent. The people at the branches are lovely, but lovely doesn’t help you out a whole lot when you need to conduct business and you can’t get into a branch.

Terrible mobile online honestly. I have the two gather apps so I can connect online but it would not even allow me to connect at all. Keeps telling me to retry I’m over it, even if I have solid connection and WiFi...if I could rate it I’d rate it zero stars terrible. The other gather app I have to wouldn’t even alow me to to go through keeps saying my pass and ID is wrong. Went on the computer to their actual online site and it went thru I don’t understand. They should really try to fix their apps I’m disappointed.
