It would be nice to save our frequently used locations instead of searching for it every time

Want to give the company benefit of the doubt; but I was in a hurry and decided that I could probably download LAZParking and creat and account instead of just paying at the kiosk. It didn’t work out. After a lengthy log in process I wouldn’t let me use LAZParking at all to pay. It said nothing was available regardless of the options chosen for the current location. And the the kicker- had to pay $20 for the day instead of 4 as the sign said due to a game I was not going to. Maybe I will try LAZParking again. Maybe I won’t.

The individuals at 1113 York avenue in New York City, are an amazing group of guys who all take great care of the cars, facility, and provide exceptional customer service.

LAZParking could use a little update and being able to actually save a location would be nice.

This is much more reliable than the old Passport app, plus does not require remembering your spot number

I have never been able to log into my account using LAZParking. I have no issues using a web browser and logging in to pay my monthly bill.

I called tech support, and the representative said they had not heard of any issues, so it must be my device. They said they could not help me with my device. I told them it's not the device, but their app. I then got off the phone.

LAZParking doesn't provide a place to type in the lot number on the sign and forces you to sort through a map of the area.. also please add the ability to nickname vehicles.

Also the prices can't keep going up.. Heller Lot A in Harrison NJ was $8 in the old app with a $0.25 service fee, in the new app it's $9 with a $0.35 service fee.

The user experience in LAZParking is AWEFUL. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PASSPORT PARKING APP...

The parking spot is convenient and easy to find. The location makes it ideal for you to move around the university area. I highly recommend LAZ parking. I think LAZ should offer a 4 day park 1 day free to motorists who park at there locations regularly due to the rising cost of gas. LAZ way of giving back.

I would just like to say the gentleman who’s name is CJ where I park is extremely helpful and polite. I enjoy using this lot very much. He has been a pleasure to deal with.

Very convenient not having to go to a kiosk to buy a ticket. Also saves you valuable seconds when in a hurry.

LAZParking is horrible. I can’t select my lot or street cause that’s what it ask for WHYYYY YOU ASK o don’t know. But anyway I’m rushing to my train I say to myself I’ll just download LAZParking and pay no luck now i might get a ticket this is crazy I should send my ticket to developers to pay it cause this is absolute BS. They’re so many parking apps out there that work simply, how can get it so wrong at this stage in technology.

Functionality seems to be limited, I purchased passes online but can’t view them on LAZParking . LAZParking also is not allowing me to make advanced purchases for events.

Easy to use LAZParking all over the city. Set up an account & keeps me from running late to appointments.

I usually have tons of issues with everything I try to do online - LAZParking is great and easy to use. Love it.

Loved having this option instead of walking across the lot in the rain to pay for my parking. Thanks LAZ!

I have to use LAZParking constantly for my work van. It never works. The latest update has somehow broken LAZParking to where I can’t sign in any longer. I tried to pay without logging in. LAZParking requires a login to input a license plate. Before this hassle I could never get LAZParking to load.

Consider having a number of the lot coincide with number on LAZParking to confirm the lot.

And, tried to pay via app three times today and zero luck. Error message

I paid for the parking three days in advance. I went to park the parking lot is full. and because of them I was late on my appointment half an hour and I had to park somewhere else and I had to pay twice what I pay them as well. been two days no refund no one care it’s the worst service ever.

Just used LAZParking for our last trip and using it for the next, very very easy.

LAZParking simply doesn’t function. I get error messages constantly, LAZParking takes an incredibly long time to load one task. When I manage to select a parking lot, I am unable to select a rate! I get a message that says “no rates found” even though I have selected that lot several times and paid before. LAZParking is a failure. Impossible to use.

When LAZParking works, its not great but it gets the job done.
However, LAZParking frequently logs you out and forces you to log in. It also does not use faceid, which would drastically improve the user experience, especially when you are in a rush to catch a train.

You can buy multiple days at the site
but cannot on LAZParking - only supports buying one day at a time, at least for my commuter lot. This is silly. I am supposed to remember to go back every day to pay for the day??

I recently started using LAZParking instead of the pay station at the station to save time. However, I’ve received 2 tickets in the last 2 days! Unbelievable! I got one yesterday on October 22 and another one today October 23! What’s even the point of LAZParking?!
I wish I could give zero starts and thumbs down!

App frequently logs you out and you cannot log back in for long periods of time. Charges you double rates for daily parking, won’t let you reset a password because it doesn’t give you the option to provide an email. Complete and total trash.

I’ve been trying to use LAZParking for several months now. It will not let me register my car and as such will not let me pay for daily parking. This is worthless!

Add Apple Pay and improve account creation/login and it will be a 5/5

LAZParking doesn’t even let me log in. I can log in on a computer, through their website but can’t log in with the same credentials on LAZParking .

I cannot get LAZParking to show any results or pay for daily/monthly parking. Emailed for assistance and did not get a response. Unfortunate that this doesn’t work.

LAZParking is horrible and customer service is even worse. I would just stick to the passport app. 75% of the time LAZParking doesn’t even work.

LAZParking seems to have no purpose. I would like to pay for my monthly parking through LAZParking, but it seems to only work with 1 hour parking.

It wouldn’t let me choose less time. I was charged a 12 hour rate to park for 30 minutes.
