Cannot log into monthly account
I have never been able to log into my account using this app. I have no issues using a web browser and logging in to pay my monthly bill. I called tech support, and the representative said they had not heard of any issues, so it must be my device. They said they could not help me with my device. I told them it's not the device, but their app. I then got off the phone.

Can we give no stars
This app is horrible. I can’t select my lot or street cause that’s what it ask for WHYYYY YOU ASK o don’t know. But anyway I’m rushing to my train I say to myself I’ll just download the app and pay no luck now i might get a ticket this is crazy I should send my ticket to developers to pay it cause this is absolute BS. They’re so many parking apps out there that work simply, how can get it so wrong at this stage in technology.

Do not expect this app to work when you need it.
I have to use this app constantly for my work van. It never works. The latest update has somehow broken the app to where I can’t sign in any longer. I tried to pay without logging in. The app requires a login to input a license plate. Before this hassle I could never get the app to load.
