Trying to use the APP for parking by Brewster New York (9 Main Street parking) but it gives me an error when selecting that specific parking. I will be paying for a different LAZ parking in Brewster just to have proof of payment. Can you please fix the issue in the meantime? I do not want to come back to a fine that was not my fault. Thanks!

Wouldn't let me add a car, kept giving me random error messages without explanation. The operator that answered their phone recommended I reload the app, and now I can't even access my account. It's been days since i've been able to use the app. The website doesn't let me log in either. I've lodged numerous complaint emails, and laz has never responded to a single one.

How to fix LAZ Parking app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LAZ Parking app on iPhone
Update LAZ Parking app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LAZ Parking iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LAZ Parking on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LAZ Parking network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LAZ Parking Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LAZ Parking not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LAZ Parking App
1. On android, goto Settings » LAZ Parking » click [Force Stop]

Update LAZ Parking to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LAZ Parking App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LAZ Parking » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LAZ Parking.

Fix LAZ Parking unable to contact server/ LAZ Parking internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LAZ Parking » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LAZ Parking » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LAZ Parking
