App keeps saying error without letting me know what the error is at all and I can’t pay for daily parking very frustrating!! Added new card and it doesn’t work either
On the app it will not let me choose any date but today
Trying to use the APP for parking by Brewster New York (9 Main Street parking) but it gives me an error when selecting that specific parking. I will be paying for a different LAZ parking in Brewster just to have proof of payment. Can you please fix the issue in the meantime? I do not want to come back to a fine that was not my fault. Thanks!
Wouldn't let me add a car, kept giving me random error messages without explanation. The operator that answered their phone recommended I reload the app, and now I can't even access my account. It's been days since i've been able to use the app. The website doesn't let me log in either. I've lodged numerous complaint emails, and laz has never responded to a single one.
