They’re a joke!

One of the worst customer services. First of all, on the first page on ParkingPanda it doesn’t say that it DOESN’T ALLOW IN AND OUT ENTRY. It’s not until you press view extra details that that pops up. The first page and second page (the “details page”) is all repetitive information, but the only thing that’s different is the it doesn’t allow in and out. I payed for 3 days (1 extra day because we wanted to leave later) & I only parked for 8 hours and wasn’t allowed to go back. Who brings a car to Chicago & doesn’t use their car for outside events on New Years? I called customer service and the employee didn’t allow me to speak on what happened and was extremely rude. Let me quote him on this situation, “This happens to a lot of people,” and when I tried to speak, he would interrupt me and day, “Can I speak now?” If it happens often to customers then something is wrong with the information details and it is not the customer fault. Maybe it’s a clue that something should be changed and EMPHASIZED! I paid $60 for 8 hours and then I had to pay the hotel another $100 for the other two nights (& they were the ones who allowed in and out). On top of this, the customer service personal said that he would let someone know of the situation to review my case and I have never gotten a call back and it’s been 3 days now. NEVER again will I do business with a rude company and app service like this. So disgusted, disappointed, and horrible first-time experience with you guys.

Booty Customer Service

My friends and I went to Pride on Saturday and I reserved a spot at a parking garage a little less than 15 minutes away. Only to find it’s closed, completely gated off. I looked up the garage on google and saw they’re closed every Saturday and Sunday. So I end up driving a few blocks down and find parking at a meter. I tried to get a refund on ParkingPanda but it said I had to call customer service. The “hero” I talked to was very condescending. I explained to her the situation and I told her I checked on google and the garage is closed every Saturday and Sunday, but she didn’t believe me until she looked it up herself. Afterwards she was STILL rude, and kept telling me to send her a copy of my receipt of where I parked after even though I parked at a METER. I had already emailed her my order number so she could see that I did reserve a spot at that garage. If I can’t park there I should be able to get MY money back and where I park after (due to their lack of communication between them and the garages they work with) should not be their concern. Not to mention they emailed me a few days after asking for me to send proof I parked somewhere else.. SORRY lady I don’t have a receipt of my METER parking since I couldn’t park in a CLOSED garage. I don’t know how they think I could be jipping them. The garage is closed every weekend get it together.

I had a reservation problem

So I use ParkingPanda pretty frequently, at least once a week, use it to park in the same garage and have never had a problem until this past week. The stars were misaligned and nothing went right. I made a reservation, but there was a glitch, it didn't work. I got a ticket for the garage figuring I'd sort it out on my way out. Well, no one was to be found and I ended up having to pay to leave and even worse, I couldn't get a receipt or my original ticket back from the automated machine. So I left feedback and was contacted by Parking Panda. In the words of Mike Holmes, they made it right. Thank you and I amend my original rating.

Had trouble, but surpassed all expectations

Was already impressed with ability to book a 3-day parking reservation in downtown SFO on-the-fly that was accepted at the parking garage within minutes, but what really got me was when I had to call into the helpline for support - they picked up within 20 seconds and already knew who I was and suggested an easy remedy to fixing my login issue (silly me had used an incorrect email address). Honestly, the combination of the online and offline experience is superb, something that all 2020 companies should be striving towards. I will look for more ways to use ParkingPanda.

Ugh

In Phoenix to watch the Diamondbacks home opener and was ready to pull my hair out. Went to the lot I had paid for and the guy let me in (actually just glanced at my phone and gestured us in a long with a bunch of cars just paying as they came in.) There was not ONE single spot left to park. Drive around the lot twice to be sure (along with about 10 others) and they were still letting people in. I don’t think that’s how this is supposed to work. Finally headed for the exit and guy gave me directions to a different lot so I drove there hoping they would let me in. They did, thankfully. Wasted about 35 minutes when this should have been SAVING me time.

Also, neither attendant really seemed to know anything about how to use ParkingPanda. One just glanced at it and the other belatedly says, oh, maybe I should take a picture of it.

Awful parking experience.

We parked in the Hill Lot near Yankee’s Stadium on East 165th Street. I booked on-line because it was a play-off game and was worried we wouldn’t get parking. There was no one in that lot when we got there except about 100 cats crawling all over the cars. Finally someone who was clearly living in one of the cars in the back of lot came out. I would have just left at this point but the ap has already charged my card.
When we returned to our car after the game a man in a red car was blocking in our car and wouldn’t move unless we paid him $5 in cash. He did not identify himself as the owner of the lot, so we had no idea who he was. We felt very unsafe and threatened.
This was a very shady operation and I would never park here again. Because this ap recommended this lot I will never be using it again.

Love, love, LOVE Parking Panda!

I've been using the Parking Panda app for over a year in the Boston area. I can't speak highly enough of what a great experience that I've had via ParkingPanda. It has helped me find ridiculously reasonable parking – no small feat in Boston! These parking situations have felt safe, well lit, properly attended and in very close proximity to places I have stayed for conventions. ParkingPanda is extremely easy to use in both securing a reservation as well as checking out of the garage at the time of departure. I've had no issues each time I've used it. Thumbs up all around! A+++++++!

Highly Recommend this App

ParkingPanda will save you hundreds of dollars in parking. I work in NY city and parking is so crazy the cost they charge. This program has saved me hundreds of dollars and time. I also love the pictures of the locations so you know what to look for as well as you can book a location moments before arriving. Plus it’s always for a 24 hour time slot at one cost vs per hour your charge. I am not sure why not everyone has ParkingPanda. It’s truly a God sent to my budget and stress of finding parking.

Frustrating User Experience

I rented a car parking space in MN for a conference, which stated I had Thursday thru Sunday for parking but the scanner only opened the gate on my arrival. Every time I tried to leave or get back in it wouldn’t open the gate and I had to call for help. Parking Panda never picked up the phone once. I had to speak to the building maintenance team and they could only open the gate for me. This made us late to our conference on two occasions. Apparently I had misread that a ‘pre paid multi day reservation’ meant that I couldn’t come and go in the evenings! I still haven’t found anywhere on their website or app that states this. I may use the service again because it’s a great concept but I’ll know next time to book a separate session for Thursday, Friday and Saturday next time!

Don’t trust the app

I reserved a space using Parking Panda app, and thought it was great not having to print the parking pass but I regretted trusting ParkingPanda . I received a parking ticket for 11 times the amount I originally paid for the space. I contacted customer service and they said they would void the ticket after I sent them a copy of the ticket and everything checked out. The result was that I parked at the wrong location even though I parked within the area shown on ParkingPanda . They refunded my money and told me there was nothing they could do. They said they try their best to be accurate about the locations. That is lame! People rent these spaces based on location, why would anybody reserve a space knowing that the company isn’t liable for the accuracy of the information printed on ParkingPanda ?!

Poor customer service

I have made several inquiries regarding a reservation that was not able to be used because of the size of my vehicle . Customer service refuses to respond to my requests for a refund. Will never use or recommend this product again.

UDDATE: I was contacted by Parking Panda and they apologized for the poor communication. They corrected the situation and I couldn’t be happier.

I’ll try again

I’ll try them again. My first reservation was easy to make but didn’t go well. The address was wrong and I had to park somewhere else—and pay for it. I contacted customer service asking for a refund. It took them about a week to respond, but they did respond and helped me. They refunded my money, so I’m satisfied. I’ll try using ParkingPanda again because I love the idea of it and appreciate their customer service team being responsive.

Spot not Guaranteed!

I reserved a parking spot via ParkingPanda , but was told the lot was full when I arrived. I ended up missing my event because of this and I’ve contacted the company several times to get a refund with no response.

Update...it took a couple weeks, but the customer support team at parking panda (spot hero) got back to me and refunded my money. It was a frustrating experience, but the issue mainly lies with the lot attendants. Changing the rating to 3 stars because the support team went the extra mile to make it right.

So Far, Good !!!!

Initially I was hesitant to use ParkingPanda, after reading quite a few negative reviews. I was going on vacation to Baltimore,MD and decided I didn't want to feel overwhelmed looking for parking. The event I was going to attend, recommended Parking Panda. And, boy am I glad I signed up. I made two reservations at two different garages. I had two great experiences. The staff at each lot were great and helpful. I'd definitely recommend. I didn't give 5 stars because I am relatively new.

Bad parking experience and client service

Parking panda sometimes malfunctions. I typed the garage’s name that I usually park but it booked a wrong garage rather than where I parked. So I can’t use my reservation and wasted way too much money than I should have. Besides that, it also wasting my time when I tried to get out of the garage but I can’t because the reservation is for another far away garage. When I reported this issue with my bill receipt of $34,parking panda representative only refunded $5 as compensation for such a bad, time/money-wasting experience. I felt disappointed.
