For the love of god.

Only using this as I am required by work right now. Not only is VivifyHealth slow, you have to log your info during the day? I am continually getting messages when I am sleeping considering I work at night but apparently we’re only on your clock. I know it’s inconvenient to work nights (hello, been doing it for 7 years) but it’s also really inconvenient to be awoken daily by your messages at 2 pm to do literally anything. Every singe afternoon I wish that telemarketers would call your staff at 2am just to redeem me.
It’s also inconvenient for the apps functionality to be the way it is. It’s 2020 people. Let’s upgrade your processing or find a new tracker. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Too limited

I had to sign up for VivifyHealth for my work. Being sick with COVID, I have to check in twice a day selecting my symptoms. There are only two pages of symptoms to go through. With this limited list I can only pretend and mark one that is somewhat close, like “cough” when i try to clear the pressure on my chest. That is not really a cough, but it’s the only thing I can mark. How about “headaches”, “Sinus Pressure”, “Sneezing”, “lost of taste”, “lost of smell”....actual COVID-19 symptoms?!
At least have a write in option!
This is a waste of time and filling it out makes me only sound like I am doing fine, when in fact the sickness is progressing without proper monitoring. That’s actually more harmful then good!

Too Many Clicks

VivifyHealth serves a purpose. I signed up for COVID19 tracking, as I want to do my part. However, it takes 3x more clicks to get through a checkin than it should. I mean, give me a back button instead of making me click No and then Next! And after I enter my temperature! And too many info-only screens that I don’t need every single day. Please, give the UX more thought!

Can’t update.

I keep getting a message to update VivifyHealth , but there is no update when I follow the link. Don’t want to uninstall and reinstall cause everything will be lost. Also VivifyHealth moves slowly from screen to screen.

Love the Vivify App!

The Vivify app is so easy to use whether it is +Home (using the tablet) or +Go (using your own device such as a mobile phone). I like the automated biometric readings as well as being able to schedule video calls/visits now or in the future!

Easy to use and great functionality!!

I am a avid app user and when I was asked by my nurse to use VivifyHealth so they could keep me safe I was blown away on how easy and helpful VivifyHealth is! I love the messaging and the recourse library! I highly recommend VivifyHealth!

Good Idea

I think this is a great idea and if my temperature is abnormal, I receive a chat message from Vivify. (Ie-don’t take oral temp right after eating cold watermelon) 😉 It would be nice to have the ability to access my recorded daily temperatures like in a spreadsheet and any other information that is recorded.

They will not turn off text messages

I no longer use VivifyHealth ...mainly because it doesn’t really do much of anything that’s useful to me. I’m just giving them data about me and only benefiting them. So I asked them to turn off the incessant daily text reminders even after I stopped using VivifyHealth . So then they made them every two days. It took several messages for me to finally have them turn off texts completely.

Update message

Other than the fact that I keep getting a message that says I need to update VivifyHealth only hours after installing it. It seems to be working fine and I’ve already had a communication with a healthcare worker.

No stars!

VivifyHealth and program is so dysfunctional and doesn’t work. Sometimes it won’t open and you have to close it and reopen it to make it open. Other times VivifyHealth technician has told me to un install it and reinstall it. There is no app that you should have to do that with. If I’m supposed to be monitoring my health stats and in contact with my provider but I can’t get this to work then why would I or anyone else use this. I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

Frustrating

I agree with previous review. Can’t update. Keep getting msg to update and just going around in circles. Also agree too many questions. Same ones over and over. Might be better every other day or so. Also have to keep turning off phone and turning back on almost every day as program won’t load. Very frustrating

Because I have my iPhone set to automatically install updates when I was instructed to, I found the update process had already occurred! Excellent!!

Not really what I expected.

Very simple app to follow. The only issue I have had is connectivity. I have to delete then reinstall every time I use it. Gets monotonous.

Too invasive

The daily text reminders to check in are very annoying especially since I have already indicated that I have no symptoms. Why am I required to log in every day and answer the same question? There should be options to turn this off. Uninstalled as a result.

I love using VivifyHealth. I’m very comfortable with the menu options and I never miss any of my pathways. Very user friendly and super easy to navigate.

VivifyHealth itself is extremely helpful. The content is engaging, the setup is simple and self explanatory and overall produces exceptional remote patient care.

Keeps crashing

Several times VivifyHealth freezes while loading. I’ve had to delete and reinstall it, then sign back in. Eventually I’ll just give up because a public health app really should have basic stuff like this worked out.

App is Great When it Works

Very intuitive when it works. The only problem is that sometimes and recently almost every day I am unable to send my vitals because the prompt is not there. I have deleted VivifyHealth at least ten times but to no avail.

Zero stars

So. Many. Notifications. I turned off notifications, still got them. I deleted VivifyHealth , and they kept sending me text messages. I said stop, they said I was unsubscribed, then sent me another text from the same number telling me to check in. I blocked the number, then they called me to tell me to check in! So annoying. Cut the cord, you stalker app.

Hello, could I please leave a msg for the nurses (Jonathan, Ashley, or other nurses) I am having an issue with the website (entering vitals daily and also entering my password to verify my account) Because I can't enter my vitals through the portal I'm hoping it is ok to enter them here with the hope that it gets where it needs to go 10/28....evening....128/62.....86. 10/28....HS.....166/91... 84 10/29... AM.....170/110...97 RECHECK 1° later.. 145/81..89 10/29...Noon...142/86.....78 I didn't know how else to get this info to the portal so I hope it's ok to text her and if anyone needs to reach me my number is...(717)658-2168 Thank you very much. This app is a pain in the ass. It tells me click to begin but I've tried clicking everything and it leads nowhere. I deleted it today.
