I had to sign up for this app for my work. Being sick with COVID, I have to check in twice a day selecting my symptoms. There are only two pages of symptoms to go through. With this limited list I can only pretend and mark one that is somewhat close, like “cough” when i try to clear the pressure on my chest. That is not really a cough, but it’s the only thing I can mark. How about “headaches”, “Sinus Pressure”, “Sneezing”, “lost of taste”, “lost of smell”....actual COVID-19 symptoms?!
At least have a write in option!
This is a waste of time and filling it out makes me only sound like I am doing fine, when in fact the sickness is progressing without proper monitoring. That’s actually more harmful then good!

I no longer use the app...mainly because it doesn’t really do much of anything that’s useful to me. I’m just giving them data about me and only benefiting them. So I asked them to turn off the incessant daily text reminders even after I stopped using the app. So then they made them every two days. It took several messages for me to finally have them turn off texts completely.

This app and program is so dysfunctional and doesn’t work. Sometimes it won’t open and you have to close it and reopen it to make it open. Other times the app technician has told me to un install it and reinstall it. There is no app that you should have to do that with. If I’m supposed to be monitoring my health stats and in contact with my provider but I can’t get this to work then why would I or anyone else use this. I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.
