app won't download onto my phone

Cannot get the app to download from my App Store on my iPhone keeps spinning

I have duplicate photos of the same picture. I cannot delete the duplicates on the app. It does not give me a delete option. When I delete from the frame they come back because they are still on the app.

Skylight app stuck on add device page. Can't get back to main page.

Receiving error message when trying to approve new sender. Tells me my frame ID does not exist!

My skylight stopped accepting photos. I have restarted it and reconnected to my internet. What should I do

My Skylight app doesn’t load. I receive the verification email and click on the button an it shifts to a blank screen. I tried deleting and reloading. It didn’t work.

App won't add new pictures. It just sits with a timer image o er the pictures. They never get added to app or frame and just disappear.

My Skylight keeps freezing or just goes black??? I unplug and plug back in and it works for about 24 hours. Then goes black again.

When I login on the app, it takes me to the "add device" screen. When I click the "skylight frame" box, it will not let me scroll to continue.

Skylight app won’t allow me to select from gallery just flashes and does nothing

When entering a date into the calendar, the time and date toggle is not showing up. It’s just a blank white area. I can’t see what date/time I’m trying to set.

Every other 50 pic uploads, the app shuts down requiring me to reupload the previous 50 pictures

Exactly the same issue as Marvin and Vicki - but only on one iPhone (the main person of the account of course). The app is stuck on: “Oops! I’m sorry, either this photo was too large or your network connection was too slow. Try again with a smaller file or a faster connection. Try again“ No way around it. Have done all of the following, multiple times: 1. Restarted app 2. Hard restart of iPhone 3. Deleted the app and reinstalled the app 4 Updated iOS and done steps 1-3 again Nothing changes. I keep getting the above message.

I’m getting a opps message on my app on my I phone , it reads the file to large or the internet not fast enough. We had this for a year with no issue. The problem is the only thing I can see is the oops message and no way to fix it.

I cannot get my frame to sync back to the app on my phone
