I have duplicate photos of the same picture. I cannot delete the duplicates on the app. It does not give me a delete option. When I delete from the frame they come back because they are still on the app.

My Skylight app doesn’t load. I receive the verification email and click on the button an it shifts to a blank screen. I tried deleting and reloading. It didn’t work.

When entering a date into the calendar, the time and date toggle is not showing up. It’s just a blank white area. I can’t see what date/time I’m trying to set.

Exactly the same issue as Marvin and Vicki - but only on one iPhone (the main person of the account of course). The app is stuck on: “Oops! I’m sorry, either this photo was too large or your network connection was too slow. Try again with a smaller file or a faster connection. Try again“ No way around it. Have done all of the following, multiple times: 1. Restarted app 2. Hard restart of iPhone 3. Deleted the app and reinstalled the app 4 Updated iOS and done steps 1-3 again Nothing changes. I keep getting the above message.

I’m getting a opps message on my app on my I phone , it reads the file to large or the internet not fast enough. We had this for a year with no issue. The problem is the only thing I can see is the oops message and no way to fix it.
