Lexus En Status

I can not see anything on my app. I tried to purchase a subscription, but it doesn't give me the option to purchase. No info on the car or anything.

Lexus app will not open. States cannot connect, try again or sign out. I signed out and it says the same thing when I try to sign in. As expensive as this car is please fix this app.

I paid for Lexus Enform remote starter app after purchasing my es350 F sport. After pressing the lock button for 3 seconds the car didn't start. I received several notifications stating "Your request could not be completed because there was already an existing request in progress. Please wait and try again.

Tried to log into my account and it said wrong password. Even though I was looking right at my password. Then I tried a new password and a new login code and wasn’t able to login still.

Won't let alexa work. It used to work now alexa just tells me to open the enform app, which IS open!

My vehicle is not linked with app. Is it the app issue, or somebody removed my link with the app when my vehicle is in repairing shop?

I see in the forum that other people are having the same problem that I am having, namely the Vehicle Status shows that the trunk is open when actually it is not. I've opened and closed the trunk several time and made sure it it latched solid, but still get the same message. What's up with that? A sensor problem? A software problem? Help.

Lexus app reports my trunk is open, and it is closed. In addition sometimes it says check back seat even when there is nothing there.

Car is great. App is the worst. It crashes on Android continuously. Can't use apps in car. Says windows open, when they have been closed for hours. I'm amazed with the wonderful technology in the car that the app is so awful.

Lexus app worked great first 2 weeks I had my 2022 ES 300h. Now it wont remote start and reports my trunk as being open (yes I checked ...its closed). Very disappointed...with the price you pay for a Lexus, my wife's Ford app works great with her Bronco.

My Lexus Enform app does not update gas information. Please help.

I have an error message saying: A malfunction in the Automatic High Beam system has been detected…” but after two trips to the service center during which they attested to perfect working order of the car itself, the error message won’t clear from the app.

I am having the same problem with the Lexus Enform App specifically with Lexus + Alexa. When I open the Lexus Enform App it prompts me to refer to the Lexus App, however there is no option for using Alexa on the Lexus App on my phone. My Lexus App is properly synced to Blue Tooth. When I go into my Alexa App it states "Stephen's Lexus + Alexa iOS App" offline. When I open Lexus Enform in my vehicle it displays a Wi - Fi Icon but not Alexa. So how do I get Alexa to work in my car? Please don't send me the step by step procedures on the quick start guide or what's on the Lexus website because I have followed the procedures to the letter. It may be something simple or silly but I can't figure it out!

Lexus + alexa app has never worked well on my new RX350 and now does not work at all. The dealer technician could not get it to work after 1 hour of trying. Is it hopeless? This is false advertising by Lexus to say that the car comes with Alexa. The car comes with false hopes of Alexa and is only frustrating. Shame on Lexus for false advertising of a poorly designed app.
