It was working fine in my old phone but it doesnt work with IOS 12, it needs to be updated.

You’re still blocked juste after opening the application there’s no authentification service 😂

Unlike other competitors it doesn’t natively support any iPad

I just updated PocketBank and now i literally cannot use the phone recharge page ! Once i put the amount and click next the whole app crashes ! I regret updating it soo badly

With the new update V4 PocketBank is getting better.

I wish you guys can improve on the payments images to show what’s for Phone and network in a better way.

Also, when you pay a bill and want to go back, loading get stuck and you need to go all the way back to home and come back to see categories of payments.

Keep up the good work.

PocketBank is quite simple and easy to use, however it is still limited on banking features.

the ui is better than the old one but still need improvements it would be great if they can make a stable version and integrate notification system to the core of PocketBank ...

PocketBank has shown an impressive results since I hear about it many years ago. It’s helpful for everyone and especially if you want all your operation to be done by just a click instead of going to the back itself.

Perfect app

Fantastic and easy to use app. I regularly use it to pay all my bills, make transfers and other payments. The facial recognition future is absolutely great. It still has some limitations depending on the type of account. For example, because I have a convertible account I cannot do mise à disposition in an ATM, which is an inconvenience when you want to pay someone who does not have a bank account.

C’est un peu difficile d’activer/ accéder à mon compte sur cette application; il y a tjr problème de mot de passe.

The worst app I had used in my entire life !!!!

Pour chaque fin du mois. Les services du banque sur l’application sont bloqués.et même impossible de s’authentifier. Encore les opérations et transactions en temps réelles ne sont plus visibles.
