The app isn’t working for the last couple days. It was freezing, closing itself down and giving an error message and but now it is just completely freezing up and not working. Help!

How to fix Yoto app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yoto app on iPhone
Update Yoto app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yoto iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yoto on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yoto network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yoto Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yoto not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yoto App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yoto » click [Force Stop]

Update Yoto to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yoto App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yoto » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yoto.

Fix Yoto unable to contact server/ Yoto internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yoto » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yoto » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yoto
