The app is always crashing someone needs to fix the bugs or whatever is going on. The app is very slow and always shuts down, and I am upset because that status of the company shouldn’t have an app that is trash. I’ve been supporting the company for years and this is making me very annoyed, and I’m not the only one who says that. I have peers that been supporting Ralph Lauren for more than 20 years and are frustrated from this. Someone needs to do something about it.

I try to click on stuff to order and add to cart But every time I look at my card nothing is in it and tells me to go shopping. Then if I finally do get it into my car checking out is impossible I have to do it 1 million times, And then if I even get one order through I want to getting our email a week later telling me that my order has been canceled.

I would rate his a 0 if I had the option, the latency in time of drops are unacceptable. Notifications are straight trash timing, logged me out when the drops occur, whilst i’ve been signed in for the whole entire time i’ve been using the app. Polo is a company with overinflated prices with clothing that would fit the need of a 5 year old white boy in a 50 year old body. Polo has lost everything that made them true to their own heritage.
